I have no complaints about the store itself . But one case was very surprising : I made purchases in this store , then at home I discovered that they did not charge me for a five-kilogram package of powder . I called the store , found the cashier Anastasia , explained the situation to her , there was silence on the phone , I asked : how are you working tomorrow ? Answer: all day , and then silence again . I tell her: Anastasia, I'll come tomorrow at lunch and pay for the powder. There is silence on the phone :) . I politely say, please, goodbye. The girl silently hung up the phone . Question to the administration: are all your employees like this?
