Overall, I really like the Mila store — the assortment is good, the prices are good, and the staff is always friendly. I often come here myself and I'm usually satisfied. But this time I was a little upset about the attitude to working hours. If it says that the store opens at 9:00, then you want to be sure that the doors will open at that time. A couple of minutes of delay is still understandable, but waiting 15-18 minutes is already a bit hard. Especially when you see that there are employees inside, and not just one, but you still can't get into the store. I understand that there are different circumstances, but buyers also have situations when they need to buy something urgently and expect the exact time. I think if you pay a little more attention to this point, the store will become even more comfortable. Or maybe I'm the only one who's so lucky)
