On September 1, at 20:53, they came for the air conditioner, at about 20:56 they paid for it, while the cash register was not closed and they paid for one product. It should be noted that at the entrance to the store, the schedule indicates the opening hours until 21:00 INCLUSIVE. However, two ladies working that day allegedly discussed in a whisper how tired they were of working, how we arrived at the wrong time, rolling our eyes. Apparently, employees don't get paid for their work. Otherwise, how to explain such demonstrations of discontent and talents with which you can go to the movies. At the same time, the cashier was greeted and thanked for the service, in response to silence. I understand that employees get tired at the end of the working day, but there is such a thing as customer orientation and communication culture, no one makes you smile with 32 teeth. However, it is so difficult to justify an unprofessional, but unethical act with fatigue, rather something at the level of rudeness. I hope the directorate will pay attention to this, and with the same favor will think about whether to pay wages for such "works" and "professionalism", as well as whether to leave such workers in a Mile, apparently thinking only about "eternal" vacation, and not about their duties.
