02/19/2022 I decided to make a purchase in this store. I took goods for shares - 50%. When I paid at the checkout, I immediately checked the receipt and found that one product passed without a discount. I turned to the cashier and showed the receipt, to which the answer was received that I did not understand the receipt, and the discount passed. But there was no discount! I turned to the same cashier again, and politely asked him to explain to me exactly where I could see that the discount had passed. The cashier snatched the receipt out of my hands and began to quickly and nervously tell me that the discount had passed, and that I was, to put it mildly, a "fool" who did not understand the receipt. But there was no discount! I went to the cashier another (third) time, and then she just freaked out, called the seller from the hall, and said that she no longer had the strength to explain to me, and that she would sort me out! The seller came up from the hall, took the receipt, looked, went to the window where the product that I bought stood, made sure that there was a 50% discount on this product, looked at the receipt again, went into the office, then returned, took off the sign c - 50% from the counter, and told the cashier what was needed I need a refund, because there is NO DISCOUNT on this product!!!. And this is the amount of 11p99kop! Neither the cashier nor the salesman from the hall even apologized!!! It's just not acceptable to behave this way and treat your customers!
