For some reason, there are no consultants on the floor at this point all the time. There's no one at the checkout either, so we have to wait. Maybe I'm not lucky of course.... 09/29/25 instead of one cosmetics stand, there were just rubble. Mixed cosmetics in some drawers on the floor. It's all in a pile. I'll give you a 5 just because this is almost the only store where my daughter enjoys cosmetics. There is a lot to choose and buy, there are always a lot of discounts, sales promotions. But there are no staff, there are no people to work with, even if I consult myself.
