I'll give you a 5 just because this is almost the only store where my daughter enjoys cosmetics. There is a lot to choose and buy, there are always a lot of discounts, sales promotions. But there are no staff, there are no people to work with, even if I consult myself.

For some reason, there are no consultants on the floor at this point all the time. There's no one at the checkout either, so we have to wait.
