I ask why and how it works, and they tell me that the promotion only works if you take the same products, although the promotion rules say otherwise. I still didn't buy anything at the store. I came home and decided to call the support service, they already explained the terms of the promotion to me normally, it turned out that they were not called correctly in the store.
