This attitude creates the impression that the store operates on the principle of a museum, where you can only look at the windows, but not try or choose the product with confidence. I ask the store management to pay attention to the quality of service and to work with the staff on customer orientation issues. Respect for the customer and willingness to help with the choice are the basic requirements for sales staff.
