I came across 3 unpleasant situations in this particular store, I already had a desire to leave a review 2 times, but when you start talking about a complaint, they immediately try to smooth out the situation, but apparently 3 times is already a pattern. The first 2 times, I bought the product, looking at the price tag listed below, checked by name and article. It turned out at the checkout - "this is not the current price, they did not have time to replace the price tag," while punching, without specifying, absolutely nothing. I have already returned the product in principle (the price difference is 2 times, when this is not the first time, it still feels like everything was done on purpose). Today, around lunch, I went to the store for the necessary goods, passing by him at a casual pace, ACCIDENTALLY touched the plates with the bag, which were on the shelf with dishes, at a level below the knee (the bag is an ordinary women's bag, not even a backpack). To which I helped lift 2 plates, 1 broke, the seller came, I asked if I needed anything from me? I was told to pay for the broken plate. Okay, the price of the question is 3 rubles, I paid. But when the girl put the plates IN THIS VERY PLACE, they protruded from the shelf 3 centimeters from the edge, conditionally any person following me can also break them...) I don't want to blame a particular seller, maybe it's not the fault of a particular girl. (But by the way, two of the three incidents occurred on her shift.) I paid for the broken plate, because I understand that an innocent person may fall under the distribution, even for these 3 rubles. But I would really like the manager of this outlet to pay attention to such situations and exclude them. It's a pity, this point of the store is nice and in a very convenient location, but on principle I'm not going to go there. Only a spoiled mood, wasted time and money. Please take action!
