If I hadn't noticed that it was 3 instead of 4, no one would have said anything. It showed that this linoleum is from the store. I call the store, but he's not there. They can't bring it to the store so that we can pick it up ourselves. How do you even deliver goods to stores if you can't even bring anything to order?

The staff is incompetent and rude from the return department. The legal refund was issued for 40 minutes and, having moved away, they also called him petty , who would strangle himself for a penny. But I heard it. The senior from the department is Olga. And they added that another would have thrown out a low-quality product for 11 rubles and forgotten, but this one would be strangled. The store itself is not bad, quiet and peaceful, but the staff is something. They were just silent under the camera, trying to prove something about the illegality of the return.

It was inconvenient to hold back the gazes of the waiting crowd of customers and had to give in, and wait for the return of his only one. This is the first time I've seen this, it's a fiasco, I expected to feel "wow".

An absolutely boorish guard who sends everyone "away" if someone offers to go for the help of a second cashier. Nothing has changed for the better in a year. The mission of a store with a top location, to put it mildly, inarticulate staff and with an assortment list significantly more expensive than the average in the city is absolutely unclear.

07/21/2021 we bought a neon ribbon in the store. Initially, at the first check, only one meter caught fire (6 meters were bought), after some actions by the seller, the entire tape turned on. When they arrived home, they immediately fixed the tape, but when they turned it on, they found that it did not work. 1-2 days later we returned to the store. They left the tape at the store and said they would call back tomorrow. The next day, on 22.07, the store called and said that they refused to refund the money for the cut-off product or exchange it. The tape cost 80 rubles, plus a block of 20. When buying in the store, no one notified us that the cut-off product is non-refundable. We called Minsk a mile away, they said that if the neon tape does not work, and we did not even have it in operation, the store must return the money or exchange the goods. We contacted another hardware store, and they also responded. Arriving at the store to sort it out, when they reported that they had called Minsk, they started talking differently in the store. But they are not going to make a refund or exchange of goods. The store offered expertise. It was necessary to write a statement on their letterhead, but at the bottom of the statement it is written in small letters: if it is established that the goods were damaged after transfer, then we will still need to pay for the examination. Well, the examination will not be done in our presence, the result is expected (we are to blame) We have written a complaint, we will contact the consumer protection department and so on. Therefore, I do not recommend this store. This is the first time I've seen such a disregard for customers
