I was in the store twice during the day, choosing wallpapers and related products, for more than an hour in total. During this time, not a single employee offered to help with the selection. At the checkout, she asked who could help pack the wallpaper (10 rolls) so that I could bring them to the parking lot, the cashier in response pointed to the self-service counter. I didn't refuse to buy just because of the time I spent, I don't see any point in going to this store anymore

I couldn't find a consultant in plumbing, even the cashier at the checkout couldn't get through and find one.I bought foam, there was one price tag, another at the checkout.I turned to the information center where the deputy director, instead of apologizing, began to talk rudely to me, with claims she told me that she would return the difference to me from her wallet.I do not recommend this store. The staff does not understand at all what they are doing in this place and what they are there for. It 's almost impossible to find anyone . Forget about Professional advice. This is simply impossible for the consultants of this store. For the sake of fairness, it is worth noting that there are 2 good consultants, but the advantages ended there. Everything else is darkness . "If you want to buy something, figure it out yourself"; they won't help you there.
