Испортили дорогую вещь. Не смогли даже поставить заплатку, которую я им принесла. Поставили огромную и естественно переделать уже не смогли, так как на машинке прострочили куртку насквозь вместе с подкладкой, испортив рукав. Компенсировать отказались, предлагая в четвертый раз переделать. Довели до истерики, угрожая что они 20 лет работают и правила знают.

Ужасный сервис. Женщина админ пока не наговорится по телефону на вас внимания не обратит. При четко оформленном и записанном заказе размеры не соответствуют в два раза, благо смогли исправить. Сроки заказа не выполнены, задержка 2е суток! Не нашел уголка покупателя
