They did not take my handling of the problem seriously and with interest. Can't you put really competent people there who are trustworthy and knowledgeable about non-repairs and repairs, who can advise and help in any way? You've been working on these machines for so many years, and I haven't heard a clear answer. I only heard what they told us at our dealership and advised us to continue working locally. This year, it took adjusting the headlights, I agreed to do it on the spot, but they told me to wait 2 hours, I didn't have that much time, I asked to record me for another day, where the master would be free, to which they replied that the preliminary recording was only for Lada cars. Logic was incomprehensible. In fact, the adjustment can be done on any car, if you are lucky with a free master, and make an appointment in advance so as not to wait 2 hours - just for frets 🤦♂️
