🙅‍♀️Condescending and rude attitude with hints of class discrimination I had an old but working Ray watch, which I wanted to put in order (to clean, polish, replace the glass). To find out what can be done and do it, I contacted the service of the Mir Watch store. There was only one person there, a middle-aged man, who was doing the repairs. He refused my service with the phrase "we don't work with such hours." As a person who is interested in his watches, but does not understand their repair, I asked the reason. I was told, "because we don't work with such watches." Okay, I was about to move on to discussing my second Q&Q watch, but the master deigned to explain the reason in more detail: "We have a store and service for modern Swiss (!) premium (!) watches, we don't work with the old ones. As you can see, polishing is not possible here, the layer is not solid (this is the only valuable information I have received). We only work with Swiss (!) premium (!) expensive (!) watches, and go to the house of everyday life with old Soviet ones." I suggested working with watches at the minimum price, i.e. as with the budget category of watches (I looked at their website beforehand - https://mir-chasov.by/service /). "I don't work with such watches, my work is through the roof, I don't get up from the table from the amount of work, I also take your watch, and we only work with Swiss (!) premium (!) watches..." In short, I also left under the screams of this most unpleasant man. It took 10 minutes towards another service, where I was gladly accepted. And I left my 100 boons there for restoring the watch. And I will never bring my Swiss (!) premium (!) watches to the "World of Watches". PS. I advise the service center to hire a person who knows how to communicate politely with customers.

A wonderful store with a history and a special lamp atmosphere. A very nice saleswoman, a service center right there. I like to give watches to my loved ones, but I made a purchase here for the first time and was very satisfied.
