As a result of the visit, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service and the attitude towards the client. Basic facts: 1. Loss of a part: During the inspection of the watch, the master removed the contact foot (necessary for subsequent repairs). After the visit, it turned out that the item had not been returned to me. When I asked the master to clarify the situation, he replied sharply, "no one will solder it anyway." I consider such treatment of other people's property unacceptable. 2. Failure to diagnose: Despite the fact that the watch was in the hands of the master, he did not share information about the technical parameters of the mechanism (dimensions, markings) so that I could find a spare part on my own. Instead of helping me find analogs, I was faced with an unwillingness to delve into the problem. When I suggested that there were modern analogues from Seiko/Epson in terms of calibres, the master suggested that it was pointless and expensive, hoping that this "hook" with a hundred rubles for an "attempt" would work. It is easier for the master to "dismiss" the client. 3. Lack of professional ethics: The master made disparaging remarks about my watches, calling them "old Casio", and persistently offered to buy new ones from the showcase instead of discussing repair options. My suggestion, if the legs do not match, then use standard methods of fixing the dial (watch adhesive, dial dots, or adhesive tape) was answered with laughter. Bottom line: This service is ready to perform only the simplest operations such as replacing batteries and belts. Faced with a slightly more difficult task, the master showed irritation and lack of desire to help. I do not recommend contacting here if you value your watches and feelings.
