On their website, they use outdated photos of their gym. Their gym is falling apart and in unusable condition. They have no activities for kids, despite advertising such things. Food ranges between average and terrible. Certain features of hotel are outdated or in poor condition.

The came into my room when I was out (they said ‘to check it’s, not to clean/change towels) when I complained they said they’ll deport me from the country 😆

Great hotel. Two huge pools plus a pool for little kids. A picturesque area with exotic vegetation. The food is very diverse, for every taste. The opportunity to have a full meal and snack is available from 7 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. everywhere, both on site and at the beach bar. By the way, the beach is quite large, located not far from the hotel. Walk for about 5-7 minutes at a slow pace. There is a bar on the beach with drinks, ice cream and fast food. The evening program is varied, from guest artists to local amateur performances and karaoke. A children's animator is working. And yet, what is quite important, what makes our vacation unique, is that there is FREE Wi-Fi and very good quality not only in the room, but also everywhere on the territory of the hotel. We were here in the first half of October. Everything is great. We want to go there again. Take me back to Heaven!!!

A wonderful hotel! We had a rest with my husband from 09/27/24 to 10/3/14. The location of the hotel is convenient, good service. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The hotel guide Irakli met at the reception, who conducted a tour: showed the SPA, pools, bars, and the hotel territory. We visited the hammam and were delighted. The fabulous, well-groomed territory of the hotel. The rooms are perfectly clean, the freshest linen and towels. The hotel is clean, cozy and beautiful. The food at the hotel is excellent and varied. I would like to mention the woman who cooked the gozleme (it's so delicious!). And also to mention the administrator of the Rasim karaoke restaurant, who created comfortable conditions for vacationers on the terrace. The territory is nice, clean, well-groomed, the staff is excellent, they give detailed answers to any questions, explain everything calmly and accessible. But the food is not delicious, they even manage to spoil the scrambled eggs at breakfast. The sea is nearby, the village of Kirish is small, but Kemer is not far, 15 minutes by transport, there is a place to walk. We rested at the Grand Miramor from 07/21/24-08/01.24. We come here for the second year in a row. I really like the hotel! The cuisine is varied and delicious. About the spa - thanks a lot to Irakli and Ilkin - they will always prompt and help. We didn't need a tour of the hotel, we already know everything. The spa is magnificent at the hotel. For the second year, my massage therapist Turfan is just a great massage therapist. She does a great massage. Thank you very much to Lyuba, the most positive person. And how much energy she has), that's something!!! Thanks to the bartenders - the guys are always humorous and smiling! The sea is clean, it takes 5 minutes to walk. There are a lot of sunbeds. Of the minuses, the smell of waste at the exit is very strong, well, you can survive this too! There are much more advantages! Very cool sea, 5 minutes walk. The drinks at the bar are delicious, worse on the beach, but it will also go. Food for 3+, poisoned by mussels, everything else is delicious. I especially liked the tortillas that women bake by the pool during the day. The pools are clean and warm. Rooms are not particularly cleaned without extra charge, unless you ask several times. With an additional payment, they give a more comfortable room in the main building, there is already timely cleaning. I liked the animation, especially karaoke in the evenings. A very picturesque place with a view of the mountain. There are a lot of beautiful plants on the territory of the hotel: palm trees, bananas, pomelo, tangerines, plums, olives, pomegranates. I didn't like the huge number of cats jumping on the tables.

I spent a week here. They don't make it to the top four. Of the advantages, I would like to mention the friendly staff (reception, maid, bars, change of towels), maintaining cleanliness in the room. There are more disadvantages. We were given a triple room for two - we were lucky, but the two of us living in ordinary double rooms complained of being cramped. The audibility in the room is excellent: you listen calmly to a not very loud conversation behind the wall, not to mention crying and screaming, and in the evenings the music seems to be in your room and with the loggia closed. The conder blows right on the bed, how not to rearrange them and how not to adjust it. The restaurant is monotonous and boring. In addition, I did not understand why oatmeal is just flakes filled with milk and water (i.e. not boiled for several minutes), and milk rice is the same, only with raw, not boiled, hard rice. Wine glasses with traces of lipstick and other traces of their use. The dishes were dirty. Instead of butter, it's a kind of white substance, like a palm tree. Cutlets and something fried like that are made from terrible biomass, worse than in fast food. They bake delicious tortillas with fillings on top, pancakes that they used with white yogurt. The tea is good, the coffee is fine too. The beach is 10 minutes away, the path is normal. There was enough beach for everyone. The problem with "walking along the shore" is left to right. You can go a little bit, but they don't let you in on the left - the hotel is for special people (the words of security), you can go on the right, but only along the water's edge, don't go to the pier, don't walk along the path between the sun beds (the guard goes from behind, controls). In the lobby of the hotel, they just got the "cabbies" for shopping, and they hate the hotel guide, they specifically accuse us of making 30% profit on us, and they themselves are like saints. Just like some kind of evil children... There is a bus stop to Kemer nearby, 25-30 minutes, 25 liras.

The economy class hotel corresponds to the declared 4* category. Its main and, perhaps, the only disadvantage is the number of rooms. The double rooms are small, just cubicles. We had a triple room, it's more spacious there. I had to pay to be given a normal room with a child. The crib for 15 euros was poor. The plumbing is dead, the cleaning is unobtrusive and unpredictable in time. Then there are only advantages: excellent beds, a balcony in each room (but the sizes may be different), delicious food, grill, wok, soups... snacks- fast food and gozleme, night rain. A beach bar with free drinks from 10 to 18, plus a snack from 12 (vegetables, fruits, fast food). Coffee-tea, juices can be poured independently. Coffee machines are available both in the restaurant, in the main bar, and on the beach. There is a large selection of alcoholic beverages. The most delicious cocktails were prepared for us by a bartender named Cuma at the Sultan bar by the main pool. Hello to him!there are simple slides in the main pool, and there is also a pool for kids with a small slide nearby. There is also a relaxation pool, where it is quiet and there is also a bar. There is a billiards bar downstairs in Building B, where you can drink and play for free during the season. At the beginning of October, he no longer worked with us.

It is a 7-minute walk to the beach. The beach is shallow, even a child can go without coral. Sometimes there are not enough sun beds, but you can ask an employee to bring them. The water is clean. We had a rest from 12.06.24-22.06.24. There are a lot of vacationers. Friendly staff. There are many Russian speakers. We settled in at 14.20. A big plus for the food. Of the minuses (this is very individual): some rooms smell of sewage, the sea is two roads away, maybe 350 meters. There is a strong smell of waste near the exit of the hotel. Maybe that's why there are mosquitoes in the rooms. There are enough sun beds for everyone on the beach. The sea is warm and gentle. Corals are needed for delicate legs. The rest flew by unnoticed. Right behind one of the pools is a beautiful mountain, which was overlooked from our room. We stayed at this hotel from 09.09. to 16.09.
For me, this is a real 5*
To begin with, the staff is amazing, everyone is very kind, attentive, always asking if everything is okay, very caring and very pleasant.
We were checked into a room for an additional fee. floor (probably 5th floor), no balcony, but not critical, fresh room, everything is clean, everything is new, large spacious room with air conditioning.
The food at the hotel is varied, for every taste, a lot of greens, fruits, vegetables, for lunch and dinner the cook makes delicious tortillas. For dinner, we cooked shish kebab, specialty soups (insanely delicious), as well as specialty dishes that are incredibly delicious. It is impossible to stay hungry here :) The coffee is also delicious. A large restaurant, plenty of space and indoors you can eat outside.
The territory is very large, there are 2 large pools, one pool has slides for children and adults (we also tried it, it's a lot of fun), there is a separate area for those who just want to sit, drink, smoke, chat, read.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, maximum, there are always free places on the beach. There is also a bar on the beach where you can get water/cocktails/to eat.
I would really like to visit here again. A very cool hotel.

Rooms: tired. They require at least some repairs. At my request, the watering cans in the shower were replaced, the wall was washed and the leak under the washbasin was eliminated, the light bulbs in the fixtures and switches were replaced.
Cleaning: purely symbolic. Mirrors and tables are not wiped. Even on the first day of arrival in the room, you see dust and dirt. Therefore, you give 100 rubles and show where to do what, or do it yourself, so as not to annoy. In principle, everyone's houses are not mirror clean either. Therefore, it is better to keep the beds clean and make them yourself. Or leave a dollar for cleaning. But this is also not a guarantee that they will not forget to put a clean towel for their feet.

We had a vacation with my husband at the beginning of October 2024. The hotel is 15 minutes away. from Kemer. We arrived in the morning, after a night flight. I wanted to take a shower, but it was not there, after much persuasion, the good guy Irakli gave up and settled us in a room for a fee. The room is clean, the renovation was probably done recently. WFAI is everywhere in the room and on the territory of the hotel!!! The TV shows, there is a small refrigerator and a safe. A large beautiful territory, several buildings, three swimming pools, it is clear that they are trying. The SPA hotel, do not even hope, all services in the hammam are paid. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, everything would be fine, but it's so much fun in the heat. A bar by the sea, a separate topic... The location killed me on the spot, here's a toilet for you and here's a BAR for you and an aunt with sourness on her face makes cheap cocktails, ice cream is paid. But the sea is clean, this is the biggest plus!!!!In general, if they don't accumulate, then everything is fine!!! The food is delicious, the sea is clean and, lucky for us, warm! And most importantly, no one wrote about it Kirish is just a village village... We rested, but there is no desire to return. Thanks!

We had a rest in June 2024 at the Grand Mir Amor hotels.Excellent hotel, excellent staff.They meet you at the entrance , explain everything , tell you.Wonderful cuisine, especially the shurpa is amazing, Thanks to the chefs for the beautiful dishes, I especially want to say to Luba the animator for hiking uphill, for the beautiful view of the lagoon , For aqua aerobics in the sea.Beautiful view of the mountains.I recommend you to visit .

We visited this year during the children's autumn holidays. Moreover, we got into this hotel by accident: initially we ordered another Mir Amor Garden, but that hotel was closed and they settled us into this one without telling us anything - and we did not pay attention until we checked into the room: we paid for a more expensive room, but it turns out that they settled into a standard one, refused to move - there are no other rooms. In general: the staff is rude, the rooms are poorly cleaned, the glasses are not washed (it feels like that at all!), we were given 1 blanket for 4 people in the room, after 2 days of reminders, however, they brought 2 more. The declared animation, already or not yet - it is not clear from the entertainment We saw darts on the beach 2-3 times out of 9 days during the whole vacation. It's not far from the sea (5-7 minutes walking - it was a plus for us). On nutrition: I won't say that it's bad, but it's not good either: on day 4, the child said: tired of eating the same thing. The only food that is a big plus is fruits: bananas, oranges (and immediately there were tangerines), plums, grapes.
In general: the hotel is clearly not 4 stars, but a maximum of 3. I read a lot of reviews that they got worse this year - I don't know for sure, but we didn't like that situation. We were going to relax and didn't want to spoil our mood, but I won't recommend it to anyone!!!!!!

We stayed at the hotel from August 31 to September 10, 2024. I am delighted with both the hotel and the staff of this hotel. Of course, everyone's tastes, preferences and expectations are different. Now more about the hotel: the hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are cleaned every day with a change of towels, bed linen is changed once a week. The cuisine is diverse, no one will definitely stay hungry, lamb dishes, chicken, fish, seafood, smoked salmon, very tasty soups for dinner from the chef, vegetables, side dishes and a lot of delicious things, as well as a wide variety of seasonal fruits. We visited the hammam, we were also delighted, the hands of the master work wonders, and everyone does their job perfectly. Full and endless delight from the sea, clean, warm, beautiful, calm and just WOW, by the way, it takes 5 minutes to walk to it, we were sunbathing not on the beach from the hotel, but next to it. Full and endless delight, we left happy and rested. Let's go back again, we liked everything.

We were from May 19 to May 25, a great hotel, the sea is close, food all day, everything is very tasty, the choice is great. The service and staff are unobtrusive and very quietly clean every day. The room is cozy. Pools with slides . We went to the mountains on our own, the markings were applied to rocks and trees so as not to get lost... We plan to return next year.

We had a rest on 28.06-9.07. Amazing staff, they speak a language that is useful to you. It's just the bottom! you come in immediately and are greeted by an inscription - a 50 euro fine for the loss of the card, a 20 euro fine for the loss of the bracelet. Towels are provided for a deposit. We booked for 3 days through booking, already upon entering the lobby it became clear that this was not a 5* hotel but a barn. When entering a restaurant, it became scary not just to eat, but to touch food. There's dirt everywhere, just everywhere. As a result, after 20 minutes we booked another hotel and left there trying to see everything. When trying to refund the money, they said that we have to pay 80 euros for lunch, are you serious? They wrote to the booking office, the hotel replied that it could not refund the money, but would be happy to place it on other dates. I have been to different hotels, but I have not met such horror, I sincerely feel sorry for people who write good reviews about this hotel, I am afraid to imagine the conditions in which you live. I never advise anyone to stay here.

The hotel makes a strange impression. There is a main building, there are better rooms. There are two other buildings. I haven't been to B, I can't say anything. The rooms in Building C are simpler. Now about the advantages) The place is very beautiful, the territory has two separate pools. This is convenient if you are with a small child who needs to sleep during the day. You have to walk to the sea, 10 minutes. But the sea is beautiful (swimming slippers are required for everyone, even for toddlers). Sun beds under the awnings from the hotel are free of charge. Beach bar with drinks and fast food lunch. The sea is clean, the beach of course requires cleaning.
I want to say separately about the food at the hotel. Adults will find a lot of delicious things for themselves, but food is not suitable for children, especially for toddlers.
