The level of service does not reach the SPA, to put it mildly. The place is atmospheric, I used to go with pleasure. I got my certificate today, but I didn't get high. Administrators from the entire list of their functions only record and accept payments, there is no customer orientation. Even after the visit, no one asked how everything went. Is your goal to get a one-time customer or a regular one? It's cold in the break room, especially unpleasant after the barrel. There is no comfortable place for the face on the massage couch. Is it really impossible to put a hydrogel pillow? It's like I came for an hour-long massage "for twenty dollars." Employees enter the locker room simply by opening the door, no one even bothered to knock. Only Elena's massage left a good impression. In general, I won't recommend it to my friends, I won't go myself anymore. If you are applying for the level of a SPA salon, then you need to match it.

I went to the complex (barrel and massage) as for the barrels ( it was a little weak for me ) an atmospheric place, polite and attentive staff, offer tea after a barrel (there is a tea card) but tea is served the usual picketed (weak taste), massage is simply the best (we worked through each zone) special thanks to the masters, so far the best massage in the city. Minus that after the barrel there is no opportunity to wash up, and then go for a massage (as for me it is not quite hygienic (sweat is rubbed back into the body) and so I liked it.the star was removed by the lack of a shower and weak barrels
