Good afternoon, dear reader of this review. You've probably decided to order a kitchen, and you're reading reviews when you get to the first search page. You look at all the positive reviews and already think that you need to order. But do not rush to do this, study the reviews in more detail, read the reviews on the fifth or sixth links and only then place an order. Next, let's start with the kitchen itself. Production time and delivery: in principle, the production time and installation were completed within two months, which is acceptable in principle. During the delivery process, three facades were damaged, one of which was already installed and saw only after the master left, it is unclear why it was installed. Plus, there were strange stains on one facade and a coating defect on the second. All five facades were replaced following a complaint, which is a big plus that there were no problems with this. Nuances: keep in mind that the kitchen is modular, that is, all the holes will always be located only in standard places, all the cuts and so on. For example, a cabinet under the sink, it will have all the cuts for the back wall, and it turns out that all the hoses go there, respectively, the back wall is not needed and all these cuts are just not needed, water can get in and it will all swell. The lower and upper slats will also be out of size, respectively, the master will trim them in place, all these ripeness look so-so, this also needs to be taken into account, since no one told me about it. The hole for the fittings of the facades is similar to everything in standard places, if, for example, you look at the facade where the hood is there, there will be a hole for the hood, which will then be covered with a white plug that looks aesthetically so-so and a new one is drilled above. Similarly, according to the facade above the microwave oven, the hole for the mount is generally on the other side, respectively, you need to drill a new one and mask the old one with white plugs, and plus the mount gets on them, you have to make something, it's also so-so. Before signing the contract, it is important to go through all the names and clarify with the designer what this means, since the designations of the names of all cabinets are incomprehensible to an ordinary person, you just won't figure it out. In my case, the microwave oven cabinet was ordered for a freestanding microwave oven and there was a comment at the bottom that something was needed for built-in microwaves. A cabinet for a free-standing microwave oven arrived and was installed, it was the turn to install a microwave oven, which, accordingly, did not fit and the question arose what to do with it. I was offered to rent a built-in microwave oven and, accordingly, order a free-standing one, which is so-so in my opinion. The head of customer service told me that you signed the contract, everything was written there, it's your problem that this is the wrong cabinet. About all the nuances of the holes that are not in those places, the fake slats that are adjusted on the spot and so on should have been notified at the point of sale, but no one did it. The most important thing when ordering a kitchen is to make sure that you have studied all the information, and only then place an order. You can see all the nuances in the photo.

It took a long time to choose a company to order a kitchen in a small apartment for an elderly couple.
