We ordered a kitchen from this company. We would like to thank designer Evgenia for her professionalism, excellent knowledge of her business and simply for her humane approach to clients. The kitchen project was built very competently, the equipment was selected and all our wishes were taken into account. All issues were resolved promptly. We also want to say a huge thank you to the collector Evgeny. A master of his craft, he mounted everything quickly and accurately. All the nuances during installation have been eliminated, and there is a lot of experience in the work. But there was also a fly in the ointment in cooperation with this company: the delivery of the kitchen was significantly delayed. However, after the deadline, we were compensated for the delay according to the contract. We are satisfied with the result.

A reliable contractor in the field of kitchen manufacturing and installation. There were no problems at all stages of interaction with the company. Manager Evgenia made an excellent kitchen project, where we could accommodate everything we wanted (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator). We are very satisfied with the result. Evgeny installed the kitchen cleaner, there are no questions about the installation either. All the gaps are smooth considering that the walls are not the smoothest. In terms of cost, it turned out to be quite budget-friendly, at least from those proposals that we considered. In general, thank you very much, we will use and enjoy life))

We ordered a kitchen (second-hand agreement dated 11/29/2024, additional agreement dated 12/06/2024, Order MN17-240118-94). It was produced for the maximum possible period under the contract of 40 + 14 = 56 working days (read the contract carefully ) until 02/26/2024. Although when ordering, they verbally promised that they would most likely have time to produce by the end of January. They brought it. We dismantled the old kitchen, and on 03/11/2024 the installer started assembling it. Total. All facades are the wrong color, 3 boxes are the wrong size, and one facade is missing from the cargo. After several days of repeated calls, we finally managed to squeeze out of them the date when they would bring our facades and replace the boxes. They arrived with some delay on 03/20/2025. All this time, 1.5 weeks, due to the lack of facades, they could not install a countertop, a sink and a hob on it. Joyfully. On 03/22/2024, they continued to assemble the kitchen, but there is still no fastening of the facade to the cargo. It was delivered only on 04/09/2025. In total, they delayed all the deadlines, they made this kitchen for more than 4 months.
I envy those who had everything go smoothly, or are willing to put up with other facades and imperfections. And if something went wrong with us, the service at this office is disgusting.
P.S. There are no questions for the designer and the assembler, the only adequate people from (from) this "office".
Separately, I would like to mention the Chief(!) Anastasia's "customer service department". He's rude, he doesn't call back as promised, he can't answer any questions. White facades instead of graphite ones are a guarantee case for her. Things happen. The color got mixed up. A sofa with a wardrobe. Guarantee.

I do not recommend it! It 's a disappointment ! It took almost 3 months from the moment of signing the contract to receiving the kitchen. Designer Nadezhda imposes what she needs, including buying equipment from them. The facades came crooked, with chips, the chipboard is just dust. Assembly is a separate kind of suffering. I am attaching a photo. 5 elements were replaced after assembly. But the redesign of the assembly is also terrible! I didn't pass the hole in the chipboard, I hit the sink crookedly! This build quality for 712 rubles is just terrible! The kitchen is absolutely not worth the money. We are very sorry that we contacted this company. Not high quality and not justifiably expensive !

We ordered a large kitchen, the manager had 20 years of experience. Everything was fine at the project stage, everything was drawn, calculated, the price was of course great, but the kitchen was not small either.
Further, at the stage of the order, a lot of nuances appeared on the facades, but all our questions were answered by "we discussed this with you", although my wife and I had heard about many things for the first time.
There is absolutely no synchronization between the salon manager and the managers at the factory. In the salon, they announced to us at least 3 weeks of production (we had to prepare the room at that time), in fact, they called a week later and said everything was ready, we could bring it, but we did not have anything ready when we agreed for one period, they brought it later. Installers are scheduled for 3 weeks, in fact, it took more than 1.5 months from the moment of order to full installation.
And now about the quality of the kitchen. The facades are crooked, the installer said that he tried to expose the gaps as much as possible, they still dance everywhere, the edge on one facade did not get into color at all, the fittings are generally a separate fun, the closers work very badly, they do not always work, they do not always put the squeeze on, the drawers can not even cope with their own weight, not to mention when They put something in them.
We have been using the kitchen for 2 weeks, and there are a lot of questions about the quality.

Initially, I did not plan to write a review, but I still want to share my
short collaboration with the Kitchen module on Uruchye in the Spectrum shopping center.
My husband signed the bn agreement dated 03/31/2025. But at the time they decided to terminate the cooperation and wrote an application for a refund, 10% of the deposited amount is refunded, 5% is refunded.
Why did this happen?
First: After signing the contract, the designer doesn't care about the client.
She did not send us a 3d drawing of the kitchen, did not send or give us a document indicating the prices for which we are paying. Not the total amount for everything. I haven't sent a commercial application with another kitchen option. Although I promised.
Second: Ignoring calls.
Third, the most important thing is that we ordered a house visit, and the walls were specially measured. And for some reason, the designer decided to design a glass showcase behind the door, nothing is visible behind the short one, and if the door is opened with a swing, the handle will break the glass. It's good that I noticed this, at first it wasn't clear from the project that she was painting it outside the door. In my opinion, a designer has no right to make such a mistake, who for a moment is a professional, according to the head of the office.
Fourth: Snezhana is a very unpleasant and repulsive leader. We came to write an application for a refund, and it begins ... the feeling that they were trying to instill in us a sense of guilt that we are so bad, we do not communicate properly with the designer. I have listed above the points where we are not satisfied with the designer. Work better) and don't tell your clients that they're wrong about something)
Please note that there are many competitors on the market right now and you can even find a similar project cheaper, so you need to work on each client so that he doesn't leave. Rather than ignore it.
