I was unlucky enough to choose an apartment in this residential complex. I'll make a reservation right away, maybe the apartments rented here from other owners are in the best condition.
In the apartment I rented, it's plastered over, but nevertheless there's an obvious crack in the wall (the apartment is adjacent to the elevator shaft). There is no sound insulation from the word at all. You can hear people living in neighboring apartments).
In general, the location is convenient, the house looks very decent from the outside, and that's probably all.
Booked through booking, apartments 211 and 41, owner Nurshat, in extremely unsatisfactory condition
