Closed courtyard, clean entrance. We rented a studio from Adam, everything went well. There's a great cafe across the street, and there's a grocery store, a hardware store, and a beer store downstairs. The coffee shop is not very good, not delicious coffee.

I lived there for 2 weeks. One of the advantages is the city center, cafes and macs nearby, and transport accessibility. One of the disadvantages is the huge number of tourists, apparently apartments are rented en masse here. There are a lot of them, they are noisy, sometimes there is a queue at the elevator. The devices themselves have weak noise insulation.
