I want to share my impressions of this place! Today I visited this institution for the first time. In addition to the very tactful and polite staff, I would like to note the incredibly interesting serving and serving. The chefs in this restaurant are masters and professionals in their field. From the abundance of flavors in the dishes, namely combinations of delicate sauces with perfectly cooked variations of these beef and fish dishes, to put it mildly, I am absolutely delighted. I especially liked the option of contacting the chefs in the kitchen. Everything is prepared carefully and indeed, one can even say with love, in front of you and from this you get even more pleasure. I can say with confidence that this restaurant is a business card of Minsk in its own way. And those who want to get an unforgettable experience are really better off relying on the cook. A wonderful place, with an interesting interior (toilets with audio lectures are high), based on reviews, it was assumed that it would be intimate and atmospheric, the intimacy did not work out due to the close landing on the first floor, the second floor is muffled by a bar and an ice pick)), but this did not prevent a great rest, the dishes are interesting and delicious, definitely worth a visit. A great place with a cool and thoughtful design. I went with my family for 3 days in a row - top-level service, responsive and attentive staff, great chefs. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts, just gorgeous desserts. The price tag is normal by St. Petersburg standards

The restaurant is amazing. The interior is very nice and cozy, the layout is very interesting, the staff is friendly and helps you decide on an order.
The food and drinks are just great, the chef did a great job, we took cocktails and 3 different dishes, everything was very tasty and will remain in the memory for a long time.

What was our surprise when you immediately stumble upon the tables at the entrance. The entrance group is simply missing, there is no wardrobe, outerwear is crammed full. There is no place, you can't turn around, you can hardly undress, there is no mirror either, it is impossible even to see how you look when entering the restaurant. The hostess is indifferent. They offered us seats near the doors, but apparently there were no others. The tables are so positioned in the aisle that the wind was blowing when the guests entered. It's uncomfortable, you feel like a bum)) Waiter service (young man) -10/10, not intrusive. The food is great, the serving is not long. But the fact that the tables are on top of each other and there is no entrance area is a disaster, they tried to get their things when leaving, but the hostess was not there, then she came and helped. Couldn't get dressed inside due to lack of space, had to do it outside.

Requests for reservations are ignored, and the service is extremely long. It's funny to hear about the workload when there are only 5 tables in the "restaurant". The waitress is very lazy and rarely approaches. There is also very little space in the restaurant. At the entrance, where the receptionist helps the guests undress, it will not even be possible to take off their outerwear adequately - the distance is about 80 cm in span. The tables feel like a restaurant for dwarfs. In general, the experience is extremely deplorable, there will be no repeat visit.

The day before yesterday there was a wild heat of 38 degrees, and passing along the central street of Minsk in such heat, we stumbled (that's exactly how it was) into a restaurant on the way to Independence Avenue (in my youth it was Lenin Avenue)
And so....they poured us a glass of lemonade in this cafe... And...Guys, believe me, I didn't expect to see this. In the glasses of the soft drink there were pieces of huge ice the size of that very glass. It's called pour wild water into the heat and enjoy!!!!
But no, it's even more fun. Looking around, we realized that we were just in a fairy tale, and not in a cafe with coolness)))
There really are not staff, but wonderworkers working. Looking at what was happening in the kitchen, I immediately wanted to have lunch / breakfast....an interesting flash takes place there until 16.00 in the afternoon, just original dishes, and after that everything is as usual according to the classic menu.
In short, in addition to the fact that we melted in hot weather, we also received great original dishes from the chef and his assistants.
Guys in the kitchen, girls in the hall, you have 100% respect)))

In winter, I was with a friend for breakfast, I took a French omelette with shrimp and crab (crab feels like crab sticks, there are almost no shrimp there for what to put such a price is a mystery) + coffee (coffee was asked to bring immediately) and proseco. With the place virtually empty and provided that we had booked a table for two in advance, we were seated in the center of the hall on the second floor at a huge and uncomfortable table. When asked to transfer, they said that they could not do this because of the full reservation (there were only us in the hall, no one else and two girls were sitting downstairs too), I said that we would only have breakfast and would be here for a maximum of 1.5 hours, the girl said no in principle. Coffee was brought to us only after 30 minutes, perhaps the staff extracted coffee beans from the plantations, I do not know. Breakfast was brought 30 minutes after coffee. It turned out to be a strange story with proseko in general. They ordered it, asked to bring it with breakfast. As a result, the omelet was brought, but the proseco was not. When they asked where the drink was, the girl immediately left, then returned, said that there was no such kind of prosecco and left like lightning, she did not offer an alternative, I had to call her to choose another kind of prosecco, then while they were carrying the prosecco, the omelet was almost cold)
Then we waited another 20 minutes for the bill.
I remind you: there are 4 people in the institution with us. We were there for +- 2 hours, of which 1:50 waited for food and a bill, 10 took pictures, would have left earlier if the staff had been more efficient. During this time, there were no more visitors, we were not transferred to another table. I don't understand what the logic is, but I don't have the desire to come to the institution again.

Not everyone listens to information. I asked the waiter to recommend the most delicious salad. She pointed to the shrimp salad. If this is the pride of the restaurant, then everything is sad for you. A mediocre salad with herbs, and in general, the dishes and drinks are ordinary, not gastronomic delights. I expected more from a restaurant with a pretentious claim. The only unusual cocktail was my husband's with cognac and honey, he is in the photo. A rather pretentious establishment with high prices.
