A very cozy place with a mature concept. A good menu, delicious dishes with a beautiful presentation. The staff is very attentive and courteous. It's great to have lunch with my wife here. We ordered coffee and tea and randomly chose the Rum Baba dessert. Surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the most delicious desserts in my life! We were celebrating a friend's birthday. The place is beautiful, but the advantages end there. There were three of us and all three unanimously agreed that the food was tasteless. Very simple ingredients, nothing special in the flavor combinations. Reading the description of the dishes, you expect something magical. But there was only expectation and reality, which, unfortunately, turned out to be so-so. In honor of her birthday, a dessert was brought to her friend. It was a "Shu" cake. The cream was absolutely tasteless.
It's a long way to the "Shu" cakes from Cookie Rookie.
In any case, thanks to the institution for this experience. We will know that it is better to have dinner in other places.

Prices are at the average level of ordinary cafes, but with this level of service, it's not a pity to pay more. The institution cannot be evaluated holistically. From the point of view of the aesthetics of the interior, style and atmosphere — five plus. The place is very cozy and conceptual down to the smallest details in the design. The staff is polite and pleasant. But with food, everything is the complete opposite. The menu, though conceptual, is meager, the portions are expensive and very small, the taste qualities are a quiet horror even without reference to prices. Maybe I personally was unlucky with the positions, but the situation turned out to be the following: onion soup was hopelessly over-salted. The duck is tasteless and lifeless, no sauce saved it, as if you were chewing papier—mache instead of an inviting and juicy piece of meat. The bun also let me down - dry and mediocre. The pleasure of eating was brought only by the toast, which is served with the soup, everything else - I don't even want to repeat it for free. I still understand if the menu was huge and out of several dozen soups there could be one tasteless, but when the menu is so poor, you expect that all the available items will be cooked delicious.
The result is the following - 1 star for the food, 5 for the atmosphere, an average of 3 came out.
The main thing is to understand the purpose with which you go to this institution. If you are a girl and want to make aesthetic photos for insta to the envy of all your friends, then this place is created for you. If you want to sit beautifully in a beautiful place, ordering a maximum of tea, then this place is exactly for you. If you want to eat well and deliciously, it's better to choose another place.
P.S. I can't say anything about alcohol, I haven't tried it.

Incredibly delicious breakfasts. We stayed in Minsk for a couple of days and had breakfast at this place both times. We tried almost all the items from the breakfast menu, we were a big company, and everything turned out to be very tasty! Especially the meat pie and salmon toast! The family celebrated the anniversary of their father. Everyone really liked it. We took tasting sets with wine accompaniment. Beautiful serving on beautiful dishes (now very fashionable). Everyone was satisfied with the taste of the dishes, too. I liked the interior (especially the chandelier in the center). The prices are more than democratic when compared with similar restaurants. Open kitchen-I really like it! A pleasant surprise was a compliment for the birthday boy - Thank you).

A small cafe with some pretension to the sophistication of the cuisine, which was not particularly impressive. The organization of the interior space is not very good, at least for winter. The tables are very close to the front door, which opens directly onto the street, from where it blows decently. The "wardrobe" is the hangers behind the curtain right by the door, undressing /dressing risk catching those sitting at the nearest tables. The service is OK, a little captive girl at the entrance, who should help with clothes, but in the end only gets in the way in an already limited space. In general, mixed feelings, maybe it will be better in the summer.

The place doesn't seem to be bad, and the reviews are good, they were on August 21, 2024. The flight was occupied, they were inside.
The interior is nice, the waiters are polite, but the smell from the kitchen is a big minus.
The hoods don't work, or they can't cope. But the smell is terrible, I don't know what was fried there, hearts or something else. But I wanted to leave faster .....
For food, the price is a question and there is no gramophone on the menu, you don't know what they will bring.
It's worth visiting once, and maybe in winter.

It's very beautiful, everything is instagrammed, from the interior to the serving of dishes. Even without a reservation, they were conducted through all the halls with an offer to choose a table.
That's where the advantages ended. I will not talk about the concept of the set, the author's ideas, all this is delicious. But it's been a long time since I've seen so many dishes in such an expensive set that were frankly poorly cooked.
A monotonous gray lifeless, dry duck. It arrived chopped, i.e. the cook saw it and decided that it was normal. The same claim to scallops is how such a delicate product can be converted into coal. Beef miraculously escaped this fate, on the verge.
After the first "I didn't like it", the waiter stopped asking for an opinion, faded away and generally stopped contacting and presenting dishes.
One of the most disappointing places in recent times. A beautiful presentation is good, I would also like it to be delicious.

Do you want to be disappointed in the haute cuisine of Minsk? Spoil the climax of the trip and upset your loved ones on an important day? Then this restaurant will be perfect for you. I haven't had such a nightmare in a long time.
In short:
- A tasting set at the sandbox level
- Cheap products
- An ill-conceived concept
- Overpriced prices
- The staff is not friendly enough for this level
+ The waitress, fortunately, somehow withstood our comments.
More detailed:
We found this restaurant in the tops and video reviews, and decided to arrange a main dinner there in Minsk. We prefer tasting sets and decided to try them at Moneman. The set consists of 9 dishes, the description of which is missing, and we found out the details of the composition from the waiter after the meal.
Of the 9 dishes, there were questions for all, and mostly these are very simple products: apples, cottage cheese with raisins, simple vegetable purees (in texture like baby food). Beef, duck and scallops are the only interesting ingredients, but they are cooked terribly: weathered and dry. The combination of cod and cottage cheese is just a failure, a wild aromatic disaster.
I was shocked by the poor quality of the ingredients: confectionery glaze instead of white chocolate, creepy butter truffle for dessert - a real gloom. A separate comment on portion sizes: we are not afraid of small set menus, but I have not seen such crumbs yet - I went hungry after 9 serves.
As for the concept: A set is a set of "impressions", but it seems to be impressions of delirium with a temperature of 38 °. First we were in the village as children, then on the volcano, then in Giverny at Claude Monet's - no logic. If it was delicious, maybe it wouldn't have caught your eye.
When serving dishes, the waitress read out a script with descriptions, which only distracted from the terrible dish.
Unpleasant aftertaste: when we left, the hostess and the waiters were discussing their personal affairs, blocking the exit. They didn't even think to say goodbye, they just stepped aside.
As a result, a disaster: a complete disappointment, I highly recommend it! Except to look in for a photo, if that's what you need.

I called it "Impressions of a terrible restaurant."
Act 1. The interior.
It is not sustained in any way. It is clear that the owners tried to do something in the style of Impressionist workshops, but photos of nude girls hang on the walls. Why, and most importantly, why, is still unclear. The smell of the kitchen is provided to you in any corner of the establishment.
Act 2. Maintenance.
If you have a lot of free time, don't worry. Here you will spend it completely waiting for the dishes.
The full cycle of the tasting set took 2.5 hours, where they took an order for 30 minutes and listened to stories from the waiter. Everything is very slow. My wife was not offered a bag stand, which was in bulk. The hostess does not know where to put her girlfriends so as not to be distracted by the reception of visitors.
Act 3. Food.
This is the level of first-year cooks. Vague design. Treasured meat. A dish in the form of cottage cheese and raisins!
And it's in the Set! The catharsis of the boss's work! Here I plunged into the world of the canteen at the very end of the working day. But you can eat in the dining room. You will get neither satiety nor pleasure here.
Act 4. Result
The result of our evening was a spoiled impression of all of the above. We left the restaurant hungry and angry. For the rest of the evening, we couldn't figure out how such a thing could be created, and even called a tasting set?
P.S. And beware of the impression of a tropical downpour. You can choke on it if you are not warned that pineapple kvass will be inside a chocolate ball the size of a tennis ball.

2nd star for the service, we were inside- everything is fine

An unusual place. Our friends advised us to book a table near the open kitchen, which we did. It was the right choice. It is interesting to watch how dishes are prepared, to communicate with chefs on topics of interest. Just keep in mind that the open kitchen places are like a bar counter. There were four of us, and a couple more were sitting next to strangers. I.e. you are not at a separate table. But we were comfortable. I also want to say right away that the portions are not large, the price is not small. But, in my opinion, it's worth it. The presentation is interesting, an unusual combination of flavors. Everything is very tasty: both dishes and drinks. We had a very pleasant evening. Special thanks to the chefs for their patience.
