I'll make a reservation right away, it was the first time in Minsk (and in Belarus as a whole), so my impression of the salon may be one-sided. Of all the salons that I've seen in Belarus, this one is just a bomb, some other level or something. 690 adventure and smc, a pair of crossovers, were presented live. Equipment of famous brands, etc. But it wasn't that that caught on, but the attitude towards the client, a calm conversation, without pathos and other nonsense, useful advice from an experienced person allowed us to decide between 890 and 1290. Thank you, motorcycle racing, all the best.

A good store, a good assortment. The guys in the service are very responsive, they were on vacation passing through, the KTM 1290 SAR broke down, a critical electrical error came out. The guys went through the electrics completely, rechecked all the plugs, washed the moth from the sand under the tank, the headlight and all the wiring. They found a damaged relle, replaced it and put it back together. All this for very modest money. Many thanks to the guys for not having to take me to Moscow in a tow truck, but he went himself.

Hello friends! I want to share with you an honest review of the interaction with this place. On September 4, 2024, I came to this institution to install a $1400 AEM FACTORY rear star tuning hub and oil change. All the work was pre-arranged. After a short phone conversation, in which I was told that everything was ready, I came to pick up the motorcycle. The mechanic told me at the meeting that for some unknown reason he had licked the edges of the clamping nut (the kit costs $ 100). I swallowed my frustration and went home. When I arrived at the entrance, I looked at my new rear hub again and saw that one nut on the star itself was missing. As it turned out, not a single nut was tightened on the entire structure!!! In order not to be unfounded, I am attaching a video! There was no limit to my surprise! That evening, I returned the bike back to the service to sort out the situation. Together with the seller, we waited until the mechanic returned and Pavel— the head of the service, arrived, if I understood correctly. When the whole team was assembled, an interesting dialogue ensued, and instead of trying to level out this monstrous situation and apologizing for the fact that I was ALMOST KILLED and an expensive thing was ruined for me, Pavel began to ask questions: is this star Chinese and where are the instructions for it. At this point, I was speechless. I repeat: all the work was AGREED IN ADVANCE! The only person who tried to smooth out the conflict was the salesman Sergey (if memory serves me correctly). He said he would find and order the missing and damaged nuts separately. Then the mechanic finally tightened the nuts for me, removing the missing one from my factory kit, and I went home with insane joy from installing an expensive tuning kit on my motorcycle and all the accompanying range of emotions! So... I came for my promised nuts myself at the beginning of last summer (a year has passed). Naturally, no one called me or kept me informed of the stage of my situation. I was told that no one had ordered any nuts, that someone had to bring them from over the hill, but there were problems with the visa, etc., etc. Although all these nuts are sold in Moscow. We're moving on... Today is April 22, 2026, and still no one has contacted me. And no one was planning to do it, apparently. This can probably be highlighted as a separate point of customer orientation. To date, I have bought the missing and damaged nuts myself — it cost me $ 100. But even this will seem like an awkward little thing to me when I start changing them and completely disassemble the HUB (photo attached). The internal inserts on the flange simply crumbled in the place where the licked nut presses it. I believe that when tightening the nut, the aluminum from which the flange is turned gave microcracks and fell apart — you can see the result in the photo. The detail to which the driven star is attached deserves special attention. Pay attention to the studs on which it is held. As a result: the entire tuning kit with a total cost of about $ 1400 MUST BE REPLACED! It's LIFE-THREATENING to ride it! Naturally, I can't do anything about this situation, since they haven't given me any documents about the work done, and they haven't given me any, even though the motorcycle was there three times for oil changes and computer diagnostics. Naturally, if I had documents about the work done, I would immediately go to court and resolve the issue in this way! But the only thing in my power is to warn you, my two—wheeled friend, so that you think again about whether you should go to this place and entrust the maintenance of your motorcycle and your life to these people...
