I arrived, the pipe was removed, and it is bent.(I will attach a photo). As a result, I turned to the manager in the hall (Vasim). A very responsive and customer-oriented specialist! He said it would take time to find the pipe. I went about my business. An hour later, he called back and said that he had found the pipe. If it wasn't for Vasim, I would have given one star for this incident! Five stars for Vasim! For his professionalism!
