Think twice before you buy anything from them. I ordered a Sprmotors ADV Max scooter. The man on the phone said that the scooter would arrive by the end of the week, saying that they had been waiting for this model for a long time and no one else was carrying such scooters to Belarus. Then the conversation continued with the woman — she had already said that she would be delivered in two weeks. She also said that in order for them not to sell the scooter to someone else, they need to leave an advance payment. I left her. Then they explained to me that when the scooter arrives, I have to buy it, and the documents will be sent in a couple of days — supposedly they will wait for an extract from the manufacturer. I asked if it had ever been a longer wait for discharge. She replied that it would take a week at most. At that moment, I was thinking: what nonsense it is to buy a scooter without documents. That's why I said I wanted to buy it right away with the documents. They reluctantly agreed. It seems that in this way they insure themselves against problems — for example, if their black supply chain goes down. Because, as it turned out, normal companies issue electronic identification cards, not pieces of paper, which can then be deployed to the traffic police, and you will be left without registration. As a result, two weeks later, the scooter actually arrived. I started waiting for the promised couple of days to receive the documents, but in the end it was already the third week, and in total a month had passed since the order was placed. I asked again about the deadline, to which she replied that she had not said "a couple of days", although I have correspondence and recordings of conversations, with her words In the end, she said that she did not know when the documents would be available — perhaps in two more weeks. At the same time, she stated in a rather rude way that if something did not suit me, they could refund the prepayment. Of course, after a month of waiting, I didn't want to give up everything. But then it became even more interesting: in Viber, she wrote that "oh, we forgot to warn you" — the scooter went up in price by 600 BYN. Although earlier in the correspondence, at the time of prepayment, she herself fixed the cost 600 BYN lower. After that, I couldn't stand it anymore and refused the deal. As a result, it turned out that another company in Minsk has these scooters in stock, with an electronic remote control, they have been carrying them for two years, and they do not ask for prepayment. My mistake was that I turned to the first available ones. I've also heard phrases like "we're busy," "we don't have time," and so on from them more than once. As if it's my fault that their greed doesn't allow us to hire additional qualified employees to communicate with clients properly.
