Budget hotel. The rooms are large, clean, linen is changed every day. Beautiful lobby with fountain. But the elevators are terribly shabby! Breakfast is normal. There is a choice. However, very spicy dishes are also present. There is a swimming pool. Cozy Beach is nearby, but you have to go up the stairs. The location is not bad, but there is no public transport here, only taxis. The port can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

I would like to write a review right in the hot pursuit. I returned from Thailand today and stayed at this hotel from 11/19/2025 to 11/30/2025. The location of the hotel is really amazing, who doesn't like big crowds, noise, hanging out - definitely here! But!!! About the hotel. This is the worst three of all three! Of course, I understand that the hotel is budget-friendly, but not to the same extent ... it stank in the rooms, it stank in the corridors, everything is terribly dirty and old, it urgently needs repair! We lived in 743 rooms, I attach a photo. We wanted to change the room, but realized that it was absolutely pointless, all the rooms there are so dead. There was no hot water until we arrived at the reception and an engineer was sent to us, he tweaked something there and it became at least room temperature. The light is so dim in the rooms that it is disheartening, even considering the fact that we only came to wash and spend the night. The water in the shower does not go away, there is nowhere to dry things! There is mold in the room and dust everywhere. Breakfasts are generally normal, you can always eat if you are not particularly picky. Eggs, vegetables, fruits (pineapple, watermelon), rice, in general, you can find something to eat. Opposite the hotel, the Pen Shop cafe has all the dishes adapted to Russians, fast service, and huge portions. There is a fruit stand to the right of the hotel - they make great smoothies, I advise you from the bottom of my heart, it's really delicious, I haven't found such delicious smoothies in Pattaya. I do not recommend the hotel!!

We had a rest on 02/17/25-02/28/25. The hotel is on solid 4. Very good location of the hotel. The pier is a 20-minute walk away. Tuk tuks don't go, they traveled by taxi. The only negative thing is that there is no entertainment by the pool, at least music, but this problem is solved if you bring a speaker with you. I think the breakfasts for 3* are excellent, you won't stay hungry. There are omelets, eggs, chicken, rice of various kinds, sausage, sausages. The compressors of the air conditioners behind the wall are very noisy, they interfere with sleep, the double-glazed windows are thin, birds can be heard screaming at night, dogs bark, if the windows on the facade, vacationers can be heard thumping at night. The safes are supposedly only on floors 6-7. There is no hot water from the fifth floor, barely warm. Only the walruses will be satisfied. We paid, took the keys, went up to the 6th floor and almost fainted. The carpets in the hallway are streaked, dirty and of a color that is no longer clear. Plaster is swollen on the walls in places, lighting is one working lamp after 3-4 not working. We went into the room, the carpet sticks to our feet from dirt, there is a wild smell of mold in the room, the windows do not open, the glass walls of the shower stall are all stained, there is water on the floor behind the toilet, and ants are swimming in it! Torn bed linen and the same torn curtains. In short, I had to run to the reception and ask for a replacement floor and room. I'm not going to lie, they moved right away and without a single question to the 4th floor. At least there was no smell of mold in the room, tiles instead of carpet, and there were no ants. In general, the attitude towards Russian guests is bestial, they had a rest in early February 2025, 160 Hindu rooms poured into the hotel hall in the second week of rest, the Thais immediately redirected the breakfasts to Hindus, all the food became spicy. The breakfasts are monotonous, the dining room is dirty, the tables, the windows are dirty, the dishes are broken! The hotel management is apparently very greedy, they don't want to invest in the hotel, they even want to put things in order!
