I said that I had a pre-order made 4 hours ago. The girl frantically began to look for him and not finding him (she realized that she had missed) without remorse, she said that she needed to wait 5 minutes, while smiling maliciously. There was no order after 5 or 10 minutes, the girl also clucked indignantly. We waited all 30 minutes in the end. No apologies, moreover, they demanded deposits of funds twice)))) in the application itself, there is no reaction to the complaint from the management. Thank you, no more)

Good afternoon, we have arranged delivery, one of the positions is shawarma "teryaki" with extras (double portion of pineapples). The shawarma arrived, but not a single piece of pineapple was in it. Three rubles to the wind, a similar situation was a couple of orders ago, then additional mushrooms were not reported. Why add ingredients if the chefs ignore them?+ pita bread has been soft lately, falling apart(

We ordered a large kebab today for 14.50, took it without looking. We looked at the house, something doesn't look like a big one. I put it on the scales: 492 grams!!! And it should be 550! It's a shame for the guys to deceive the elders! Next time only through the scales! There is a receipt. It's just a pity I didn't take a picture on the scales.
