After 3 minutes, they reply that they don't know how to help and offered to order through another point and that's it. I tell them again that the promo code has burned out and asked them to return the promo code. As a result, after another 5 minutes, they placed an order through the operator to another point with a promo code. It so happened that my city is not big and they placed an order for me at the point where, in any case, I go through the first point, which, according to the operator, did not work.
