I have no questions about this, because everything was done and calculated correctly for my orders, but I suggest that such a dispersion of attention can lead to errors. The entire Mr. Kebab franchise has completely deteriorated, there is not a single normal point where they would cook delicious and well. Addition: It's been 4 months. I thought that something had suddenly changed, but unfortunately not. Everything is so bad that I made a pickup order on 07/18.25 at 19.15, and now 07/19.25 at 10.50 and it still hangs with the status "awaiting confirmation", I had to go and order after the fact, rather than come and pick up the finished product. 03/29/26 I took a shawarma cream cheese, came home, started eating, but I didn't find the cream cheese to the end.

On the recommendation of the cashier's girlfriend, I took a "Royal" for myself, and for just 12 rubles I received 500 grams of food. The shawarma was big, warm inside, and toasted crispy pita bread on the outside. Lots of meat, delicious vegetables, sauce just right, not dry. Very tasty. It was done very quickly.
