You will not be able to pay with this "bank". There is no hotel reservation or flight ticket. Cards abroad accept it. The bank staff assures us that they do not restrict... sooooo, it's probably a ban, we don't know. But taam. There is a ban on this bank everywhere:) so use another one) P.S. I contacted the call center many times. It doesn't change the situation in any way. If the transactions of this bank are not accepted, how can the center's consultant help?
