The department is not bad, good repairs have been made, the issue was quickly resolved. The only thing I can say is that the queues are quite long.

A good department. We are especially pleased with the availability of self-service cash machines that work without commission. No cash register, no queue - I came, did what I had to do and went home.

Good afternoon, with my white ruble Halva+ card, I made a payment for housing on Airbnb (the invoice is in dollars). I already knew that they always cheat with the conversion rate, so I checked the dollar exchange rate for my card specifically and the transaction was 2.54. I made the payment. Money was withdrawn from the account at the rate of 2.58. My amount turned out to be more than $ 20 just on commission (excluding the usual conversion). I'm calling to figure it out - they say that there was a double conversion (BYN-EUR-USD) on which I lost $ 20 Attention to the question, how should a mere mortal understand that the bank will not want to convert your money through some yuan next time and put not $ 20, but some $ 100 in its pocket? It seems that the excuse with conversions (in which the exchange rates and currencies are not known, it is only known that you will lose money) has rolled. Tell your customers how much you're going to steal from them before you steal! For the lost (no one knows where) $20 I would spend another day at the sea!
