On 11/20/2023, an employee named Ekaterina decided that she could not see the seal in her passport, which for some reason the customs officers could see normally. Extend the work on issuing a new card (the old one expires) she refused until I REPLACED the passport so that she could clearly see the seal. Here an ordinary bank employee decides when to notice the passport🤷 And she doesn't care that you are a regular long-term customer
