Every now and then they leave the hall (they go to the emergency exit, apparently they have a smoking area there) To pick up the finished card, I had to sit in line for an hour and a half, but as a result, the working day ended and the card could not be picked up. And it's not a day off! All waiting areas are occupied. People are waiting standing up. I think that this is not acceptable! Two stars for cleanliness and a working air conditioner.
