The queue system is ridiculous. You take a ticket, there are 3 people in the queue, but this does not mean that you will have to sit in a queue for 3 people, because the bank came up with the idea that legal entities and VIP clients pass without a queue. I am writing a review after instead of 3 people who passed in 10 minutes, I sat for an hour passing 7 people in front of me with long operations. I highly do not recommend a bank if you value your time, there are banks nearby without such inadequate systems.

Excellent department! I bought USD today, I didn't have time to take a coupon - I was invited, the service is fast and even! I forgot the change in my joy.(I returned after 10 minutes - everything was returned without question! Many thanks to the specialist Artyom! The ATM always gives out cash in large bills - a big plus for me!
