I stayed in the bank for about an hour to close the account. There were only 6 people on the check before I left home. A couple of them didn't wait and left. Tell me, is it okay to kill so much time for this? 2 specialists are working VERY slowly. They sit and chat for 30 minutes with clients. I'll probably never open an account here again.
