Today I had to contact this branch of MTS, to say that I was left in shock, to say nothing. I regret one thing, I did not look at the name of one consultant who pompously humiliated my choice, imposed his smartphone models. Although I came by pre-order, for a specific phone model. It was extremely unpleasant when my choice was recognized as simply the worst. I understand that consultants receive bonuses for selling certain smartphone models, but this is the first time I've encountered such an intrusive and judgmental approach. Such incompetence, such defiant behavior is repulsive. Don't set foot in this MTS branch anymore.
