I went home to get my passport, the poor thing pressed the buttons for a long time and said that I needed to switch to a different tariff. In short, I bought the phone without a discount. Then I ask the question: "How to enable data roaming for Russia, via a ussd request." Answer: You'd better download the app. It was the height of unprofessionalism.
