In two points of LIFE, there is no ESIM or the terminal does not work - only in cash. And only here. Professionally. Quickly. Payment with a Russian mir card. No problem. While I was waiting, a large number of people who were standing in line behind me got tired of waiting and just left. At least 2 specialists should always work in such a busy place.
