In two points of LIFE, there is no ESIM or the terminal does not work - only in cash. And only here. Professionally. Quickly. Payment with a Russian mir card. No problem. They also offered to connect to wifi to activate the eSIM. Because of such employees, I'm even thinking of switching from Beeline and Megafon back to MTS at home. Thanks!
