At 2 p.m., they call me from the post office and say that the phone will be delivered by five in the evening, and they also said, "we actually work like normal people from 9 to 17 and we will deliver it to you by 17 o'clock." Хотел уточнить информацию в отделе для юр лиц - три дня я звонил на короткий номер и городской, оставлял заявку на перезвон. Перезвоните только на четвертый день. Отдел работы с юр лицами, он же из головной офис тоже странно работает: приходил в июне, стоишь перед будкой охранника, нужно брать трубку и звонить на наверх, чтобы за тобой спустились и впустили, собралось три человека, нас так никто не пустил, одной женщине вообще было назначено по времени. В итоге постоянно выходящие на улицу работники МТС через турникет сказали, что «обед». В общем, какой-то бункер, а не офис, где рады своим клиентам. Ушел к другому оператору.

Отключили на районе свет. Думаю ладно, посижу через мобильный интернет МТС. Но не тут-то было. Скорость 20 кб/с. На трёх разных устройствах, с разными тарифами МТС и номерами. Пишу в тех. поддержку, и мне отвечает бот - подождите 5-7 минут и перезагрузите телефон. Сделал, ничего не изменилось. Пишу снова, но уже прошу подключить оператора. Оператору объяснив ситуацию, слышу ответ - через 30 минут перезагрузите устройство. Я говорю, что проблема не в устройстве, потому что это на всех телефонах в квартире происходит. На что ответ от оператора - перезагрузите все 3 устройства. Гениальные шаблонные ответы и нежелание разбираться в ситуации. Если отключился свет, и вышка, неужели в 21 веке нельзя запитать её резервным питанием? Но операторы даже не назвали причины отсутствия интернета. А деньги спишут как за качественно оказанную услугу в полном объёме. Если раньше при отключении света, всё было хорошо, то с сегодняшнего дня я сильно разочарован услугами МТС.

Но работа с клиентами отвратительная, делал предзаказ на телефон и в день когда должны были привести просто поставили перед фактом что доставка будет на следующей день, что было крайне не удобно для меня, но согласился. На следующей день такая же история, сможем привести завтра вам позвонят утром до 11 и согласую время доставки. И что ?! Конечно же никто не позвонил и не согласовали время. Звонил уже курьер который приехал конечно вечером со словами я буду через 10 мин. Вот только меня уже нет на адресе. Да и желания уже не было после ожидания в 3 дня. Отвратительно. Я пользую МТС с момента открытия и такого отношения не ожидал. Буду перезаказывать этот же телефон в А1 с ними никогда вопросов не было.

сразу скажу, что выбор услуги на терминале номера вашей очереди - бесполезная ерунда и для чего это сделано не понятно. Талончики выдаются просто по очереди в не зависимости от того, что вы нажали, также происходит и обслуживание. Т.е. если вы хотите провести или проконсультироваться по "быстрому" вопросу, а перед вами 10 человек собираются приобрести телефоны, то вы будете ждать по "живой очереди" около часа или более пока все свои телефоны купят, сменят тарифы, оформят рассрочки и прочее и никто вас с вашим пустяковым вопросом не примет, хоть вы и добросовестно выбирали опции на терминале.

Всем кто решит перенести номер в МТС стоит задуматься о таких косяках"компетентности" работников ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОГО ОФИСА компании МТС!
Оформлял 29.01.2023 перенос номера с life в МТС. Уже 31.01.2023, а номер так и не перенесли. Оператор долго что-то копашилась, даже прибегла к помощи соседнего оператора, и со словами "заплатите завтра 10BYN, вставьте карту и у Вас через 24часа после обращения номер заработает". НО ни 30.01.2023 ни 31.01.2023 оплатить номер не получается т.к. он до сих пор не привязан к МТС. При обращении в call center MTC, оператор сказала, что необходимо СНОВА обратиться в один из офисов, чтобы заново перенесли номер и провели это в программах, так как у оператора CallCentra таких полномочий нет.
По итогу я уже почти 2ое суток без связи и все только открещиваются.
