They said that they do not deliver to the MTS salon, but only by MAIL or COURIER to the house. I chose a courier, but I asked them to bring me to work. The employee on the phone said to wait for the courier from 18 to 22 the next day.
On the 16th, at about 9 p.m., no one is calling me. There is a robot sitting on the bell in the online store, which is useless! I say "contact the consultant" - in response, "I can't hear you" and the call is dropped. I found out on the website by the number that the phone was sent to the post office. It turns out that the country's largest operator does not have personal couriers!!!! And they work through the mail. The next day, I went personally to the salon on independence in the hope of picking up the phone there. I got on the employee Julia. The girl started to find out everything. It turns out that a White Mail employee has a phone somewhere in his hands and immediately in the salon they can't give me a new one, because the drone's mail contacts me so that I cancel the delivery.
At 2 p.m., they call me from the post office and say that the phone will be delivered by five in the evening, and they also said, "we actually work like normal people from 9 to 17 and we will deliver it to you by 17 o'clock." I'm not fucking weak like that. I refused the delivery. Soon Julia called me back and said that she could come pick up the phone personally.
What we have as a result:

- MTS does not move goods between salons
- MTS needs to review its order processing policies.

Yesterday, March 14, starting at 16:00, the Internet speed dropped to about mbit/sec. I've been kicked out of online meetings more than once. When watching videos, they hung up every 5-6 minutes, video downloads were interrupted every 3-4 minutes in the evening, the download time for 3-5 minute clips was 2 hours. Sites do not load for 2-3 minutes. Messengers are available intermittently. Are you serious? The year 2024 is now, if anything. I'm paying for unlimited internet. The tariff is Unlimited+, which is 3 times more expensive than in Moscow or Tbilisi from other providers, where the quality of services and service works like clockwork when using the same laptop and phone. What am I paying such money for, I'm sorry? The support service is useless: the SIM card was re-registered, the Internet settings were restarted. Nothing helped. Today is March 15, 2024 - the problems are still the same. I had to go to a coworking to work, and pay another 45 rubles for a more or less stable Internet connection. There is not even hourly billing in coworking in Belarus! I have repeatedly complained about the poor quality of communication. Ingenious formulaic answers and unwillingness to understand the situation. If the lights are turned off, and the tower, is it really impossible to power it with backup power in the 21st century? But the operators did not even name the reasons for the lack of Internet. And the money will be written off as for a high-quality service rendered in full. If earlier everything was fine when the lights were turned off, then from today I am very disappointed with MTS services.
