I have been an MTS subscriber for more than 25 years. Incoming calls stopped working. I tried to call the operator at 0890 for 50 minutes. The bot resets the call after 10 minutes of waiting with the phrase: "the operators are all busy, call us back later." The support service in the mobile app is also not responding. The quality of service couldn't be worse. Disregard for the client. There are too many 1 stars in the reviews .

Upon arrival, the router was taken away. They did not provide a replacement, but advised using the mobile Internet. The repair time is two weeks, maybe earlier. How is it nowadays without Wi-Fi? And in general, there are questions, the traffic has run out, there is no warning anywhere, the Internet is immediately connected to the handkerchief, both -0.1 rubles and immediately blocking. No one gives information about commercial partners either, they can turn it off or not, and there are a lot of small issues that must be resolved with the operator, but they do not have information. In general, I have already heard a lot that people complain about the imposed extras, etc., I decided for myself to firmly change the operator and reconnect at least 5 more numbers. MTS goodbye!

I have been an MTS subscriber for more than 20 years. Over the past couple of years, the quality of the services provided has stopped satisfying. Being "off the grid" in an office building in the center of Minsk or in a shopping mall is the norm. It is impossible to call another person or find text information on the Internet (not to mention photos and videos) while in the country. There is no connection. At all. At the same time, we are not talking about a remote farm, but about an agricultural town in the Minsk region. After debiting the funds in the amount of 139 rubles.rubles, for the allegedly used 4MB (not giga, but mega!!!) roaming traffic (the phone was in airplane mode; they couldn't answer me exactly what the billing was for; they naturally refused to return the funds) - I'm thinking of using the services of another telecom operator. I stopped understanding what I was paying money for. MTS' finance department is also unable to answer this question. In general, where there should be a connection by definition (i.e. in the Republic of Belarus), there is none, and where there was none (i.e. roaming)- it exists and has been perfectly calibrated.

MTS: How to discourage the desire to use the services forever with one visit. I joined MTS with a specific goal — to get the best service by changing the A1 operator. The result: complete and utter disappointment at the very start, which speaks more eloquently than any advertising slogans about the real state of affairs. I connected the SIM card and immediately plunged into a series of problems that made the number useless: the inability to register in banking applications, services, and even an Apple ID. The reason is trivial and unprofessional: the previous owner did not unlink the number from his accounts. Next— more. When I got through to the call center, I found out that the company had so-called "white numbers" — those that subscribers had never had. And this is the key information! But the consultant at the salon, seeing a new client, deliberately kept silent about this option. Why? Unwillingness to spend an extra 2 minutes? Ignorance of the product? Or is it corporate policy to sell just about anything? Now, instead of using the connection, I have to waste my time again, go to the salon and reissue the room. This problem cannot be solved remotely. MTS owners and top managers, this message is for you: You spend millions on marketing and customer acquisition, and at the forefront, at points of sale, your business is destroyed by employees who are not motivated to provide high-quality advice. The first impression is the most crucial. Mine was killed in the bud. You haven't just lost a client in me — you've created a fierce critic who will tell this case as an example of blatant unprofessionalism. Teach your salespeople not just to hand over SIM cards, but to provide advice. To inform. Selling is not a tariff, but a solution to the client's problems. Until this happens, your service will remain at the level of a small tent, not a national telecom giant.

The quality of communication and Internet dropped. Other strange reasons for blocking websites. Beltelecom, A1 and life are working, but MTS is blocking. When asked why, the answer is that at the request of the Ministry of Information, and when asked why others don't block it, we are not responsible for other providers. Okay, we make a request to the Ministry of Information, we get an answer as to how and why they block and how they make a decision, but the Ministry of Communications is engaged in the technical implementation. I send a request there, I get a detailed response on how to check the resource for blocking, the sites I listed were not on this list, there were only individual URLs. I sent the responses to MTS. MTS replied that, they say, we do not have the technical ability to block links, only the entire resource. But they still haven't given an answer why they don't block instagram, tiktok, YouTube, vk, odnoklassniki, Twitter, etc., because these sites also have banned URLs. Or is money more important than principles? As a result, the blocking was lifted from the sites. Then I found a couple more sites that didn't work for the same reasons. And again, everything is in a circle. Teach employees how to work with the belgie website.by is an impossible task? Is giving written answers "to fuck off" not expanded on all points is normal? After working with support, they sent a questionnaire, where they received low responses. What is this for if nothing changes in the end and no conclusions are drawn? You just don't care about the customers. If we were interested, at least someone would have called, talked, clarified what and how. If you write a response, please do not respond in the style of "We are sorry that you have encountered this situation. On behalf of the company, we apologize for the inconvenience." This is just a formal unsubscription. Please answer only in essence. Well, that's what had to be proved. For some reason, the operator does not want to give an answer to the review, as well as to written complaints, he unsubscribed without answering questions. 3 months have passed since the review was written.

The average monthly consumption is about 50 rubles, with unlimited Internet (as they say) only a speed of 1.5-3 MB / sec. and every 20 minutes there are interruptions in the Internet, and I am in the regional center. The worst operator! They close contracts without notification and transfer phone numbers to other persons. Although there were no debts at the time of closure (they were personally checked at the liaison office), a few years later, suddenly there is an amount of debt that no one has ever warned about. After that, they attract some left-wing "collectors of non-existent debts" who cannot even specify the correct address when sending for collection. The problem is not with the phone, when you go to Moscow, having crossed the border of the Republic of Belarus-the Russian Federation, there are no problems with the Russian Federation apperator at all, but this highway and the forest all around (not roaming, but the physical map of the Russian Federation apperator).

There are hysterical ladies on the support line who are completely unable to communicate with clients and perform their official duties. It feels like talking to a scandalous wife. Periodically, the connection disappears and the Internet does not work well, my interlocutors do not hear me, noises appear, in this regard, I repeatedly called 0890 and left a request for a network health check, I was provided with formal unsubscriptions and recommendations to restart the phone or make a manual network selection. This kind of work does not suit me! I use the iphone 14 pro max mobile phone, which I purchased in installments from your company and must use your services for a long time according to the terms of the obligation concluded between us. This phone model costs more than 5,000 Belarusian rubles, I'm not going to constantly manually switch the network or reboot it. I fulfill my obligations properly and require you to provide me with high-quality communication as a consumer.

Due to the long-standing connection, there is a nuance with the registration of the number, but they cannot simply pick up the old SIM and issue a new one instead. There was no need for anything else. The attempt at dialogue failed, I would not like to lose a number that has been with me for more than 20 years, but the easiest thing would probably be to take another SIM (and most likely not from this company), and throw out the current one and forget. Customer focus is on top. How to take money, no matter who pays, it's always the same, but how to go to a meeting with a long-time client "we don't work like that"

Why is it only the mail/balance of the number when returning funds ? I think everyone is able to top up the account themselves if necessary. For this, minus the second. As a result, after two calls, one of which took almost 30 minutes of waiting on the line, the third time I left my number for feedback and no one called back. In short, my point is, you should know that when you have problems with the Internet, you are actually left alone with the problem. I have been using mobile EDS services for about a year, also known as Mobile ID. First of all, to avoid paper document management. So the mobile EDS as a personal certificate (it is recorded on the SIM card) was issued by the MTS telecom operator using a certificate with a validity period of three months. For EDS, the telecom operator acts as an intermediate certification authority, and the GosSUOK acts as the root center. That is, logically, the mobile EDS on the SIM card could only be certified by the telecom operator for three months from the date of issue, after which it would be necessary to replace the SIM card and reissue the certificate to an individual. Despite this, the mobile EDS continued to work properly after three months, signing, authorizing, and verifying with an EXPIRED TELECOM OPERATOR CERTIFICATE. For reference: Mobile ID, also known as mobile EDS, was certified by the OAC of the Republic of Belarus in 2021. In Russia, the equivalent of the OAC is the FSTEC. There is something to add over MTS' home Internet: the first connection was made from the moment the services appeared in Serebryanka (Leninsky district) and problems immediately appeared - Checkpoint Zone Alarm Extreme Security crashed immediately after connecting the cable from the provider to the PC. This suggests that exploits were already running on their network at that time, or someone was doing whatever they wanted (an emergency shutdown of security tools in 99% of cases indicates the exploitation of vulnerabilities through exploits and other malicious activity on the provider's network). On subsequent connections, there were also errors when activating the port, then they said it was NORMAL (actually not).
