I did not remember the name of the employee who carried out the sale, but I will definitely find out and supplement the information later. We have expressed a desire to purchase a specific phone model. As a result, the employee took the device out of the warehouse: the bottom of the box was dirty, and there was no factory film on the device itself. The employee hurriedly began to wipe the phone, explaining that it was "new, but it was shown to other customers." Now I understand that this should have alerted, but the purchase was made in the evening after work, and the realization of the situation came later. During the execution of the loan agreement, I mainly checked the functionality of the device, without looking in detail at the appearance, as I was sure that I was buying a new product. However, already at home, in good light, I found a dent on the frame of the case, minor scuffs on the screen and damage to the paintwork on the SIM tray. In fact, I was sold a device that was clearly being dropped. I made a complaint, to which I received a formal response: they pointed out to me that I had signed the inspection report upon purchase and refused to replace it. From a legal point of view, I understand that the chances of success are minimal. I strongly recommend that everyone carefully inspect the product and check the documents before signing when buying at this salon.
