The doctor sees up to 2 hours and there can be no more than 35 people in the queue, otherwise he will not have time. And there's also a queue for a gynecologist and an orthopedist. I think this is bullying people, especially women, since the queue usually consists of women. There are no questions for doctors, they are professionals in their field.
