I ordered a computer, it was processed and delivered quickly and without problems. And everything would be fine if it weren't for the blue screen of death on the first day of use. I didn't immediately contact the service, I thought it was just an accident. But a few days later, the problem reappeared. I contacted the service, but they couldn't find the problem there and, accordingly, they have nothing to fix. The PC was returned in the same condition, and the problem, of course, did not go away. After contacting the service again, the motherboard was replaced, which also did not help in any way. The computer was still unstable and could produce a blue screen once every couple of weeks. As a result, I contacted the service more than three times, but no results. The problem can't be reproduced in the service, so they can't fix or replace the PC. There are not enough crash entries in the Windows activity log. It's worth thinking about before buying a product here, because in case of some complicated problem, you can just hear: "We don't know how to help." Addition: No, the problem didn't go away — on the contrary, several more problems surfaced. I didn't contact you again, because those three times were enough for me to understand everything. And, to be honest, I was sorry to waste my time and nerves.
