An excellent estate for families, especially with children, modern renovation in the houses, there is everything you need. 4-5 km to the center of Braslav, 10-15 minutes by bike, near a nice beach, good-natured hosts. Cons: it is located in the village, so those waiting for privacy will be upset by the barking of dogs and the buzzing of gasoline trimmers, the territory requires landscaping, but I think this is in the plans of the owners.

Our review of the Murazhye Estate! We had a rest from 16.07 to 22.07.2025. The summary is immediately AMAZING!!!. Upon check-in, a detailed tour of the estate and the Braslav district as a whole. In addition, there is a detailed map of the local area with recommendations for "local" escorts. The hosts (Victor and Olga): wonderful and friendly people. The information is provided comprehensively! The room is cozy and comfortable. There were 2 adults and 2 children. The room has everything you need, including a kitchen and bathroom + air conditioning. Clear... Nice... Comfortably... Refrigerator, stove, microwave ... A set of bed linen, dishes, towels... We didn't deny ourselves anything. Everything is clean and tidy. The territory is a special pleasant atmosphere. Lots of greens, raspberries, apples, etc. Almost every day, blueberries were offered for purchase (inexpensive). There are 2 swimming pools on the territory: one is heated, and the other is not. This is a wonderful solution in bad weather. I wake up early and it's a special pleasure to plunge into warm water in the silence in the morning. The children swam with great pleasure (and so did we). SAUNA!!! A special vibe. Hot, clean, with cold water from a bucket and access to the pool. GORGEOUS! The territory is equipped with gazebos and covered barbecues. EACH ROOM HAS ENOUGH SPACE TO RELAX. There is a lot of entertainment for children: swings, darts, table tennis, slides, sandbox.... They won't get bored))) You can eat on request on the spot. The menu is in demand). You can go fishing across the street. The place is nice and fishy. The beach is a little further away or in the city. But the best solution is to drive your own car. There are an insane number of beautiful placesBraslav is not far away. There is a market, shops and beautiful sights. We stayed for 7 days, but we didn't even get around half of the most beautiful places. Conclusion: the best place for an active and comfortable family vacationThank you very much to the hosts for a quiet and cozy stay. No unnecessary noise and "drunk" companies. Everything is fine! A wonderful place, well-thought-out and decorated rooms (we lived in the Red Studio: I am with my husband and my dog, York Asya), recreation areas, relaxation , games and barbecue. My husband was fishing in an 8-minute walk from the estate (of course, I wanted the fish in the lake to have a bigger appetite). The amazingly hospitable owners of the Murazhye estate, Olga and Victor! They welcomed us as if we had known each other for a long time, cordially, and conducted an excursion: Victor through the estate and its surroundings, Olga told us and provided a map with the sights of Braslav and its nearest settlements. Great family vacation! I recommend visiting the hospitable owners of the estate and enjoying all the charm of the surrounding nature! We were very impressed by the rest! Everything was just great.: 🍽 Food – delicious and varied food, you can feel the household care. The pool is clean, well–maintained, and it's nice to spend time after walks. The rooms are spotlessly clean, fresh linen, everything is neat and comfortable. We lived for a whole week in the Murazhye farmstead. It felt like we were vacationing at a friend's cottage! The hostess Olga is incredibly friendly, good-natured and caring! She is the soul of the whole farmstead! Beautiful territory, very cozy, well-groomed, many pleasant places to relax. There are pools for different tastes - warmer and cooler. Minor household defects, such as creaking doors, were quickly corrected. In general, many thanks to Olga and Victor! We were satisfied, we didn't want to leave!

We stayed for one night with a friend 03.-04.09. Upon arrival, Victor met us and gave us a tour of the estate, there was a lot of activity and everything was done wisely for a quality holiday. We had a rest with my husband in this beautiful and cozy place for the New Year holidays. I don't know about summer, but winter holidays are ideal for couples who are looking for peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the city and noisy neighbors. A picturesque place, a clean room with everything you need for a comfortable stay, excellent sound insulation and a beautiful view of the lake from the window. We ordered breakfast, very tasty, diverse. Good-natured, intelligent, the owners of the estate will not leave you without attention, but at the same time without excessive care. 2 km from the estate is the small historical town of Braslav, where you can walk, enjoy the beauty and local flavor. We visited in June 2025. We also chose based on reviews about this place. Everything is fine on the phone and photos. Upon arrival, a sightseeing tour from the owners of the territory. Everything seems to be normal. Settled in. The room is standard, for 4. There is hot water, no cockroaches, mosquitoes on the windows, a microwave and a kettle are present. It gets worse. A heated swimming pool has been announced. In reality, the pool is slightly warmer than the temperature outside. It was done, in my opinion, deliberately, so that no one would really go swimming, so as not to clean it later. On-site table tennis and darts are just for show. I'm sorry to throw away any rackets, balls or darts, let them lie down like that. Horror. Water drips onto the table. Summarizing: what is stated in fact is there, but it is impossible to use it. We ordered dinner from the hosts. Draniki. Judging by the smell, they were fried in either very low-quality oil or one that had previously been fried in. The taste is a solid two. The price tag is space. From each case of communication with the owners, it is read: "we are very greedy, very, very, pay us more and don't demand or expect anything from us." For charging electric vehicles, they counted more than the cars consumed during the charging process. On the one hand, it's already good that there is an opportunity to recharge, on the other hand, pettiness and greed are surprising. The price tag for a vacation is already not low, so you can also collect small things from customers. If this attitude of the owners does not frighten, you can go. The owners are always sober, as a rule, they are on the premises themselves. It doesn't seem so bad. But to feel like a cash cow that they really want to breed for a little more money, without providing what has already been paid for - well, such a feeling. Unpleasant.

The living conditions fully correspond to those stated on the website: a clean room with good furniture, a refrigerator larger than the standard size for the hotel, good bed linen and towels (no feather pillows!), high-quality finishing materials; decent sink, shower,plumbing; STABLE supply of REALLY hot water with good pressure; many sockets and lighting points; all household appliances (kettle, microwave, modern TV) are absolutely clean and in working condition; a dedicated dining area, a spacious wardrobe; there is a clothes dryer, a hair dryer and all the necessary devices to independently maintain cleanliness in the room. Wi-Fi with good speed and coverage. There are enough dishes, they are clean and whole. There are mosquito nets on the windows, mosquitoes did not penetrate. The territory is well-maintained, large, with good equipment: swings, sandboxes,basketball boards,horizontal bars, a large swimming pool with warm water (constantly disinfected), a large number of sun beds, smoking areas, places for eating outdoors,barbecue areas, an observation deck overlooking the lake. We had the manor completely filled, but there was enough space for everyone and no one bothered anyone. There are several cats living in the manor, all wearing anti-flea collars - cats willingly contact people, but do not impose themselves. There are no problems with parking, there are enough places. The nearest shops, the market are 7-10 minutes by car (HIT,EUROOPT,VITALICH shopping center,BELMARKET, TRAFFIC LIGHT). The city beach on Lake Drivyaty is 12 minutes away by car (there are also official beaches within a radius of 10-15 km on other lakes). The hosts are very friendly, unobtrusive - if the weather is not suitable for sunbathing and swimming, then you can travel to amazing places that are not in the guidebooks (upon arrival you will receive a detailed map indicating all interesting routes and any consultations during your stay). This farmstead is designed for those people who come to BRASLAV LAKES to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city in beautiful nature, breathe clean air, drink delicious water, and do not go to stay in the room 24/7. Already at the moment of departure, there is a strong desire to return again. Health, strength and prosperity to the owners.

And upon check-in, the owner Victor very politely informed me that if you were going to leave earlier, the payment would not be refunded)), although they did not even think about it and did not ask. Before visiting this place, I read very carefully about the estate and about the conditions of stay. When we were driving, I was completely sure that the children would be busy and comfortable. I bought a heated swimming pool, a large trampoline, table tennis, on-site parking. We arrived, paid for the accommodation and started the accommodation. 1. Parking on the territory is inconvenient, because the owner asked to park deeper, but then you can't get things in and out of the trunk, close to the bushes to get things out of the car, you need to drive away, otherwise you won't park - otherwise other cars won't leave. It seems like a small thing, but it's inconvenient. 2. The room is quite comfortably placed and everything you need is there, but there is no sound insulation at all, there is no ventilation at all, it is impossible without an open window in the room, towels do not dry out in the bathroom, and in rainy and cold weather, when we were outside, it is not very comfortable to dry ... but what to do, pulled out on I put a dryer in 2 rooms and took turns using it. 3. The area was not fenced. I understand that it's raining and it's cool, but there was an opportunity to mow, they just didn't do it, and walking on wet long grass is not very pleasant and slippery. 4. The tennis table is under a canopy, but it is impossible to play during the rain, water drips on it, the roof leaks, the rackets and balls need exactly your own, there are no local ones at all, they are lying for show. It seems that the option is stated, but in fact it cannot be used. 5. The trampoline is big, but it requires stretching, the children could not jump on it because it sagged. Stated, but not for use. 6. The heated pool was warm on the first day of arrival, the children were swimming, but then the owner asked them to go outside altogether, because something flew out of the filters, which is installed back in 1 minute, and we did not notice a warmer pool in the weather of +19 in the afternoon. We concluded that the pool is warm only in good weather, when there is no need for it, because we came to the lakes. 7. Gazebos and barbecues do exist, only in the rains their roof leaks, but there are no options- you can't sit in 20 squares)), we suffered. 8. The Internet. We claimed 15 trs of access and trouble-free Internet, but we weren't lucky enough to notice. It was constantly falling off, it didn't shut down, only a certain network, 5g, if sometimes it appeared (a miracle happened), it was possible to download at least something. 9. Sofas in gazebos, some inventory are already worn out, apparently not updated. It is clear that if there was good weather, then I would not have encountered much with this, but if it is included in the price and our expectations, then it should correspond. It turns out to be all in one direction, but not in the direction of the client. And from the comments of the owners of the estate, not with 5 stars, but below, one is surprised. The reviews are written by milking those who, like us, honor them and decide to come to you, were ready and did not expect miracles. Your photo is completely different from what it is. In my opinion, when weather conditions are such that no one is to blame, the hosts just need to go to a meeting with their guests and, upon request for accommodation inside the reception, play a board game with the company so as not to get wet and not freeze in the gazebo with the current roof, do not set conditions, buy draniki for everyone and play, and just offer accommodation themselves, because the created and promised conditions for accommodation on the territory do not correspond to reality.

The owners of the estate are very friendly and pleasant people, who even told us what interesting places you can visit upon arrival. And one of them is a waterfall on the Vyata River. They do not bother with obsession, but if necessary, they will take the time. I especially liked that there is an option to order tomorrow, lunch and dinner. Everything is cooked fresh, it is agreed in advance by which time. The pool is clean and warm.

Since 2015, my family and I have repeatedly vacationed at the Murazhye farmstead. Every time we came on vacation, we observed the development of the estate. The owners Olga and Victor have a reverent, creative approach to the landscaping of both the estate itself and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, Victor will definitely give a detailed tour of the courtyard, explaining where everything is, how and what to use. When they check into the room, they check the operation of household appliances together with those who are checking in, they show where everything lies. The rooms where we stayed (and each time it was a new room) are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay during the holidays. The rooms are perfectly clean, which is not offered by all popular hotels (based on the experience of traveling to different countries). You can see the caring attitude of the owners to their business. The territory of the estate is very large, well-maintained, there are several gazebos, barbecues, swings, darts, 2 basketball rings, sandboxes with toys, balls. There is a sauna. Bicycles can be rented. The proper location of objects on the territory, entrances / exits from rooms, even with a large number of vacationers, does not create the impression of crowding, no one bothers anyone. Communication with the owners, Olga and Victor, is a real pleasure. They promptly responded to any requests, helped in organizing excursions around the area. The farmstead is located in a picturesque area, near, within walking distance, the lakes of Nepish and Voiso. There is a beach area on Lake Voiso. I am glad that you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner at quite reasonable prices at the manor. Thanks to Olga for the delicious homemade food (my daughter especially liked the signature pancakes). Many thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome, cordiality, and hospitality. You feel at home. And I want to come back to you again and again. We recommend you to relax in the farmstead "Murazhye"! You won't regret it!!!

The family had a rest at the manor from 31.07 to 07.08 I liked everything, the room matched the photo when booking, clean, spacious with a separate exit to the plot! Special thanks to the hostess Olga for the delicious breakfasts and dinners! The hosts are friendly, they answered any request instantly! It is green around the estate, there is a swimming pool and sun beds, a lot of sports equipment for recreation (balls, rackets), 7 braziers with gazebos were counted, no one was cramped. The lake was a 10-minute walk away, and is considered the cleanest lake. The rest was a 100% success, we left in a great mood, thanks to the hosts!

My husband and I had a vacation in August 2022. I'm writing a review late, maybe something has improved.. I can hardly consider a cottage/cottage as a hotel. We lived in a room on the ground floor. The hall is one for 2 rooms. The room has a kitchenette, which is convenient, because it's a long walk to the cafe. The view of the lake is only from a wooden tower and then the edge. To say that the hotel has a swimming pool is ridiculous, because the "paddling pool" is inflatable, but it's probably okay for children to splash around. You can eat apples and pears from the garden, the owners' mother offered them, but something is not tasty, maybe late. The territory of the "manor" is not about anything! Fruits, vegetables and products were bought at the market and in the store. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the "wild beach". I liked the city beach very much, the sand is fine, the view from the water, but you have to get to it by car. The price tag for hotel meals is expensive, so we did not use this service. The price of a day per room is still not acceptable either. The quality of the services provided and the price do not correspond to the category of "mini-hotels". Well, if you called yourself agro..., then you need to at least organize a petting zoo for children and offer agricultural products to the guests. My husband and I have something to compare it with!
