The new pilaf restaurant. It's a restaurant. The prices there are above average. For example, achichuk 42,000, eggplant salad 118,000, etc. It's good to come here to sit, chat, and enjoy pilaf. The pilaf is different. When we were there, we cooked 4 kinds of pilaf on the cauldrons. I really liked Bukharsky. The atmosphere is good, friendly, the waiters are efficient. The decoration is also nice. In the hall, the ceiling attracts attention. There is something to see from the interior. Be sure to pay attention to the collection of ceramics from different regions. It is interesting.

An interesting place. We didn't get to the museum itself, we stopped to get acquainted with the exhibits. We took a sitor pilaf and a rishtan. I really liked the taste, the portions are generous! The first time we tried pilaf with broth, it was a discovery. They also gave compliments from the institution - sweets and fruits. The atmosphere is very interesting, the national music. You can watch how pilaf and other goodies are prepared. The service is very customer-oriented, advised, prompted, helped. I can't help but highlight the toilet separately, it's the best toilet I've ever seen in restaurants and cafes. Just comfort and beauty! The prices are higher on average than in other places, but in my personal opinion it's worth it!

It's a good place. I had to wait for a table at lunch, so it's better to book. In addition to 10 types of pilaf, there are many other things on the menu - shish kebab, soups, desserts, salads, etc. There is alcohol. The service is a bit slow, but tolerable. The price tag is slightly higher than the average in Tashkent, but it's normal for a tourist destination. The interior is interesting, photogenic, kind of modern, but with a national flavor.

An interesting concept of the institution: traditions through food. The interior is very beautiful, the hostess girls meet and conduct a mini-tour. Prices are above average. All types of pilaf are not represented yet, when we were there, we could choose from 4 types. They took Kokand and Bukhara. We didn't like more than one. The portions are smaller than usual, although 0.7 seems to be stated. We decided for ourselves that pilaf in a Cauldron is much tastier for us. We didn't leave disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful, the concept is cool. But the kitchen is so-so.

We came to investigate to see if the guests of Tashkent should be brought to this institution or how... Marketing is well done, advertising is everywhere. All the bloggers have visited, the video recommendations are great. Let's move on to reality. The hostesses want the best, they all give different information, although they come with tablets. They asked for a cot, they said that for us, a company of 6 people, two of whom are children, it would not be convenient (local people fit in more numbers), further they claimed that they were booked and occupied, one was booked in the tablet of the hostesses, the hostess claimed that they were booked in words)). Sitting across the river on wooden chairs (which are painted), we watched a free cot and visiting locals who were exploring the entire pilaf museum and their territory and choosing what accordingly? Of course, the couch... (the rest will sit on the chairs! The museum exhibit is small, there is nothing to see. The waiters don't know the price or what's in the kitchen. They run around asking all the time. Okay, let's refer to the newly opened institution- someday they will learn.. The establishment positions itself as a restaurant, then the service is on a 5 scale of 2. And the food, the portions are small. The shish kebab is cold, and we ate it better. The pilaf is excellent - the price is high 96,000 soums. Achchik-chuchuk-49!!! - golden agree Leaving almost 2 million, they left without a feeling of satiety and pleasure in a dirty T-shirt))

We visited the Pilaf Museum, which is a very interesting and atmospheric place. Several types of pilaf are served here, you can try different recipes and feel their difference. The 0.7 portions seemed a little small, but they were quite satisfying, and you definitely won't leave hungry. A great option for those who want to experience the richness of Uzbek cuisine in one place.

The restaurant is currently operating in test mode, and not all the pilaf that is listed on the menu is being prepared, so I advise you not to focus on the pilaf schedule, but to call ahead and specify the opening time of the cauldron and which "pilaf of the day". We tried Kokand and Tashkent pilaf - it was delicious. Keep in mind that the servings differ from the standard ones in milliliters: a large portion - 400g, a small one - 250g. Tea with thyme is excellent. The prices also differ from the standard tea house. In general, it's a great atmosphere, inviting guests of the capital is just right - it's beautiful and expensive🤌🏻

A wonderful atmospheric place. We had pilaf, manti, kebabs, samsa, salads - everything was delicious. Pilaf costs 96 thousand soums, Greek salad - 150 thousand soums - restaurant prices, NOT cheap. There is alcohol. The pilaf, by the way, has been waiting a long time. Pilaf is served throughout the day. It is still unclear what the "museum" is. There are a lot of waiters and everyone is smart and attentive.

A great authentic place. Beautiful interior with antique items. A special delight is a dinner on a cot next to a running river, live music and warm blankets. Delicious national food, and not only pilaf. Friendly and fast staff. They conduct guided tours of the museum with stories about the national cuisine, for which Melissa is especially grateful. The prices are adequate. The pilaf is above praise, we took 4 different ones. I recommend

The restaurant positions itself as authentic and elite. What can I say? The interior is beautiful. The menu is varied. It's not for nothing that they call it the pilaf museum, because their pilaf is bombastic. As they say, everyone will find all 4 popular types to suit their taste. Someone liked Bukhara-dietary, someone liked Samarkand, I liked Tashkent more. The rest of the dishes are also very tasty. The only thing you need to be prepared for is the prices. They are very very decent. Manta rays of 16 thousand are a small thing. Pilaf 90 thousand plus, etc. But then again, they position themselves as an elite institution, so the food is very tasty, probably from selected products, and the prices are appropriate. In general, I recommend it.

I don't recommend it! We arrived at 5 p.m., there is no pilaf. New cauldrons are opened at 19 o'clock, although there was no information about this anywhere. And we were going to pilaf. Okay, we decided to try kebabs and manti. The barbecue was delicious, BUT! The waiter brings a barbecue, which is covered with lavash and begins to cook this lavash with his dirty hands in front of your eyes, probably assuming that it looks spectacular.🤢 When asked why he does it with dirty hands, he answers they are clean! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The mantas were brought cold and tasted below average! Overall, it's beautiful and atmospheric, but I don't want to go back!

Everything is learned by comparison , as they say .. The first is prices . Much above average , tourists are tourists , but this is over . 96,000 per serving is not normal at all . I give my vote to the Besh kozon piggy bank. 2. Serving and serving. We ordered a "Wedding", they brought us an empty classic pilaf, delicious! there are no words , but why make out in the name of the menu , where there are kazakhs and quail eggs in the photo .. but to bring an empty one and justify that it is necessary . Another advantage of Besh Kazan. The photo showed the portion size for understanding. 3. The place is not attractive, it's terribly dark inside, it's not even pleasant. The overall look is unfinished , I think they started early . The cladding of the neighboring building , standing at the back, is just a shameful cinder block … In general, this was the first and 95% last visit, sorry

On a beautiful autumn Sunday, guests arrived from Moscow and we went to dinner at the Pilaf Museum restaurant. This restaurant has a very powerful advertisement everywhere, a lot of hot (unlike their dishes) reviews that are not true. But I'll try to explain) The location is inconvenient, the ring road, there is a construction site around, there is no parking. The entrance is pretty, it sets you up for something magical, oriental) The location inside is very interesting, you go and see the kitchen and chefs below, behind the glass. The hostess escorted us to the hall, informing us that everything was busy outside, but I didn't want to sit there either, it was cool. The room was in complete chaos. The waiters wandered dejectedly past the unmade tables, chairs stood here and there.... It's a real resto-atmosphere and all this is accompanied by the national music of the ensemble) We began to sit down at the table in confusion. The chairs are not suitable for tables, they are too low. I told the waiter that, and he rolled his eyes, but he helped me change the chairs. We were waiting for the menu, the waiters were huddled near the entrance to the utility room, but they were in no hurry to get to us. When the waiter came over, we found out that there was no Andijan or Bukhara pilaf. There are Samarkand, Toshkent and Kokand languages. They shrugged off my indignation that I had called beforehand and was assured that they were just opening a cauldron with Andijan pilaf. They brought achichuk and suzma, you can see the feed from the photo, that's not easy at all... The pilaf was slightly warm, which made everything seem very greasy. No one ate their pilaf. Bottom line: In a restaurant, as it claims to be, there should be a compliment to the guests, to add color. All this is present in video reviews, but not in real life. Would I recommend this restaurant? Of course not. Thank you, Caravan Group!

A wonderful place where you can feel the real spirit of Uzbekistan! The Pilov Museum has a lot of national art, household items and beautiful exhibitions that immerse you in the atmosphere of traditions. Everything is done with love and respect for culture. And the pilaf is simply beyond praise! Fragrant, hearty, perfectly balanced in taste, a real masterpiece. The atmosphere in the museum is very friendly: cozy, welcoming and interesting. A great place to get acquainted with Uzbek culture and enjoy the legendary pilaf. I recommend it to all the guests of Tashkent!

Everything is very tasty, unusual, colorful. There are a lot of visitors, but also a lot of seats. You can sit at ordinary tables, you can sit on trestle beds along the canal. We took several types of pilaf, salads, kebabs. Everything was delicious! Thank you very much to the entire team of chefs and waiters!

I visited it today. It's a very atmospheric place. You can walk for a long time and look at everything. Which I did. I enjoyed the views, the coolness of the river. I looked at the sofas and the decor. I watched a movie about the history of pilaf. I was impressed. The service is at the highest level. Attentive, benevolent. Precautionary statements. The cuisine is beyond praise. For the first time I tasted mutton, mashed in tandoor, a masterpiece. Crispy eggplant, pickles. This time, they chose Bukhara pilaf. I liked him for his tenderness and gentleness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the cuisine, the organization, and the atmosphere. Ludmila, With gratitude.

Everything is delicious! The service is on a high level, the staff is attentive despite the flow of people, it is very interesting to watch the pilaf cooking. Magnificent toilet is not afraid of this word. But the only drawback is the lighting in a closed room, if you spend more light in the cold, it will be much more comfortable to rest and the food will look brighter and more appetizing, but I couldn't sit in the semi-darkness for a long time. Thank you for the good place, I will bring guests to you and book a table on the street)))

It's a beautiful place, but that's where all the good things end. The hostess said that there was no pilaf, they were about to leave, but the waiter suddenly "found" two types. As a result, the pilaf turned out to be absolutely tasteless. Mantas with meat are common, but with pumpkin they are tasteless. Salads of 50,000 are just tomatoes with onions without dressing and herbs, cut into huge chunks. Instead of fresh bread from tandoor, it was brought warmed up in the microwave. The service is poor: the waiters are inattentive and inexperienced. The child's chair is dusty and dilapidated. The rating is 3/10, and that's only for the interior. They also don't give you a qr receipt)

There are not enough waiters, they do not fit and do not serve. I arrived at 14:00, the pilaf was served from the very bottom, covered in oil, the impressions were terrible, the decorations were only beautiful! Put managers in there! The prices are horse-made, I have never seen such prices, samsa is ordinary, there is no difference from others, it costs almost 40,000soums ! Prices are more expensive than in the best Uzbek restaurants

It was about 4 o'clock, almost all types of pilaf were available, I chose Bukhara pilaf and was thrilled in the wrong way. As a person who ate a cow in a pilaf, I can say that the pilaf (which was brought to me) is very tasty, if they keep everything as it was, I will be a regular guest and I will also bring tourists. You usually expect mediocre pilaf from such places, but I got high, and by the way, the kebabs are good too.

We tried three types of pilaf. Wedding is 4+, it doesn't taste like real wedding dishes, Samarkand is a solid 5, but it's still better at textile, Bukhara is one disappointment at 3, it was brought with undigested rice. We even returned the dish after tasting a spoonful in front of the waiter. Despite this, at first they tried to convince me that this is what happens in Bukhara :)), then they offered to include it in the bill, although they took the dish away right away. I paid for it, but then I also got a C for the service. The only thing I liked was that there are several expositions for tourists to take pictures of. The hookah is disgusting, it never came up in an hour. Bottom line: I don't recommend it to locals, even for once.

Unfortunately, it's a very bad experience visiting this place. From the most negative: they brought cold pilaf, which is unthinkable in Uzbekistan. They asked me to warm it up. Warmed up. There is a suspicion that our portions were already the last, because they were excessively greasy, and now they are cold. It's also funny that we couldn't order tea - it wasn't available. Obviously, the boiling water was not boiled. With the high price tag and poor service (they ordered a samsa, which they reminded the waiter about three times, but they never brought it in the end: it's not clear why, whether it ran out or was negligent about the order), there is no desire to return to this place. Such marketing is widespread, and as a result, ordinary online places are much better, tastier and cheaper. We left a review directly to the institution upon payment, of course, there is no feedback. We are very disappointed.

It's not the best place for foreigners. I wanted to make an impression for the guests from Russia, but I was disappointed. They served the order slowly, and instead of black tea with lemon and sugar, they brought green tea with lemon without sugar. There were seven of us. We served only one person, and we sat stupidly for the other 20 minutes until a girl from the staff came up and asked who was serving you? And they accepted the order in a new way. In short, while we were waiting, everyone's mood was gone. We didn't eat with pleasure anymore. The pilaf is delicious, of course, but this whole procession discouraged the desire to take subsequent guests there.....

I've known Karavan Group since its foundation. At the beginning of their work, I often took foreign delegations and embassy staff to their restaurant. And they (the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) often came there to have a delicious meal. Now the owners have put their whole soul into the "Pilaf Museum". But, their efforts are not justified by some staff. I was there today, ordered all kinds of pilaf, and some sticks of chicken kebab and kiima. Despite the fact that I waited for almost 40 minutes, the rice in the pilaf turned out to be aldente, and instead of kiim, they put zhaz (delicious kebabs). The official forgets about the change. (I would have left her a tip anyway), asked for her check with a QR code, waited another 20 minutes, but had to ask another waitress to call her. Reluctantly, she came up and said that the cash register issuing QR codes was not working? I am very sorry that behind the backs of the owners, some of the staff, with their behavior, leaves customers with a bad impression of this wonderful institution.
