If you narrow down the whole conversation, "The security decides in what clothes customers have the right to enter the institution." We were told not to wear a sporty style, but there were already customers in shorts, T-shirts and other sporty styles in the establishment. When booking a table, there was no talk of a drescode. As a result, a ruined evening.

The boots are absolutely stupid, in my case it was "too athletic sneakers", and I was in a shirt and not badly dressed, as for such a mediocre place, which the guard called a decent institution. The presence of 5 of my friends with a deposit who had been sitting inside for 3 hours, he was also not convinced, apparently any amount of money would have convinced him. By the way, this is especially true for young people who, according to their suspicion, will not leave enough money in their institution, although this is only my guess, otherwise it is difficult for me to explain what happened. This case is far from the only one that I have heard from friends and seen in other reviews right there. In general, if you don't want to spoil the mood for the whole evening, I advise you to consider other establishments.

We left a pre-order, sat in the VIP area. Initially, they said that we would have a separate karaoke and an indoor hall, left a pre-order, made an advance payment.
In fact, it turned out that we had karaoke in common with another room, and we had to leave our area to the common room to sing. Neither the speakers nor the TV were on in the VIP area when we arrived. Next, they asked the waiter about karaoke, the answer is that we work today as a weekday, there is no separate karaoke on weekdays, or on a deposit of 1500-2000, then the admin said that they work as on a day off, but they do not have a sound engineer in place who adjusts the equipment. When we pre-ordered, it was announced that we would have a separate karaoke and a completely enclosed area! As a result, everything was blamed on the fact that the person who accepted our order did not know all the rules of the institution. Why should we, as guests, care about this?! We made an advance payment, the conditions were announced to us, and we agreed. In fact, they come up with the rules themselves, the format of the institution's work and blame everything on others. Guys, these are your employees!!! Under the same conditions, we could have taken an ordinary table, but we were not lucky enough, we decided to celebrate the dr here.
A bonus! 5 sets of tinctures were punched into the receipt (we ordered 1). They also decided to cheat us for 150! rubles.
As an apology, we brought a set of 5 tinctures when there were 10 of us.
Thank you for the ruined evening and the complete indifference and desire for profit from the staff.

Time on time is not necessary. A year ago, the hookah could be smoked all evening and everything was fine. After the beginning of 2023, the policy changed and after ordering a hookah, the coals will gently squeeze you 2 times an hour, and then order a new one. It looks especially funny from a master who worked in parallel in another institution and the approach was completely different.
On karaoke: the new presenter is good, knows how to support and get the audience, observes the queue. Previously, there were jokes when the microphone got to the table once during the whole evening and night because the presenter did not like the track. And, of course, there are regulars who are given more time. The equipment is obviously tired: there is volume, but there are no basses at all, so it is not always possible to enjoy music.
Cocktails are fun and delicious. If you take regular alcohol, including strong, then the waiters will be quite obsessive about breeding the most expensive option from the price list, and when you refuse, they will say that a more budget option is simply not available.
The food is the same: something delicious, something not so much, and each time different. Once we had a brkusket with salmon so that it rinsed all night. Well, it happens)
There is a frequent change of guards. Some work professionally and their work is invisible, while others are rude from the threshold and, instead of paying off conflict situations, clearly add fuel to the fire and provoke drunk customers.
The work of the administrators again raises questions: you can call with a difference of two minutes, different people will pick up the phone and if the first one, for example, says that there are no seats and offers only bar stools against the wall, then the second person will offer a sofa) When you come to the place, you will see that the filling is around 30-40%. Where the problems with booking come from is not clear at all. Well, at least they don't require a deposit. It would be absolutely ridiculous.

Мы были во многих конечно местах Мяты , эта единственное месте с таким больших выбором еды! Заказали себе стейк и он был пртготовлен отлично! Помещение не большое, поэтому столы вблизи друг с другом, что даёт не совсем уютности ! Были там часа три и не совсем честно говоря уютные диваны, жёсткие! За три часа на телевизорах была одна и та же реклама заведения с одними и теме же фотографиями по кругу(((( встрети нормально, но никто провожать даже не подошёл как в других заведениях (((
