On 28.02 I was at a complex coloring, having agreed in advance on an example according to which we will work. The master said that the task was doable, and I sat down in a chair with a calm soul. They gave me a palette of colors for toning, I chose the color I liked (in the palette of 9/65). Upon completion of this work, I informed the master that the result was different from the example. More precisely, it's not even that different, the result is not at all the one I requested. The master informed me that I had chosen a different color for toning, but there was a joke, literally – what they did to me is not even the color I asked for))) They sold me a toning balm, citing the fact that it has a cumulative effect and that it is transparent. Supposedly, I have to achieve the result myself at home with a toning balm. But how? They didn't even wash off my yellowness properly. By the way, I also asked for a haircut, as in the photo with the example, but I understand that I also have to complete it on my own. As a result: I'm walking yellow now, with white and green spots. P.S. The administrator refunded me half of the amount from the staining, as the drugs were spent on my visit. And the fact that my time was wasted, (okay, even in vain) but also with the introduction of problems? The fact that my money was spent on a result that is radically different from the one I wanted? That the funds will be spent on the correction? Of course, they offered to do a re–tinting in the salon, but I didn't dare, because the salon had lost its trust. I will correct this "beauty" in another place. I decided on coloring, despite the large number of positive reviews, and, apparently, for nothing. If anyone is thinking of visiting this salon, they probably need to think again.
