We were in Abkhazia for the first time. In general, we were satisfied with the rest.
Positive:
1. Nature. It's just a delight! Cypresses, eucalyptus trees, palm trees, air, turquoise sea - we definitely did not expect this from the Black Sea coast. Upon arrival, we were literally shocked by how beautiful it is around.
2. The hotel grounds are surrounded by greenery, lots of shade, clean, it was a pleasure to walk with a stroller. And you can also go for a walk next to Amra, there is a park there. The pool is clean, there were enough sun beds.
Now about the hotel itself) as they say, "shtosh".
3. The room is not super-duper, but we had a huge balcony overlooking the sea, and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The bed linen is clean, fresh, the plumbing is working.
4. Room cleaning for 4, towels and linen were practically changed every day after 2-3 days. The bathroom was poorly cleaned.
5. The restaurant on the pier is also on 4, very friendly, the desserts are delicious, the view is cool) it's nice to sit in the evening. The food is not restaurant-level, of course.
Minuses:
1. NUTRITION. There is a choice, everything seems to be fresh, hot, but it's the same every day. There is no variety at all (cutlets, stewed meat, some kind of fish, breaded chicken, stewed vegetables.. It's like a dining room in the truest sense. For 250 thousand, I would like something else) but there is also a plus - we did not get fat)
In general, food is a problem for the whole of Abkhazia. We also visited other establishments, including Gagripsh - and also all some kind of canteen.
2. The administration is very unfriendly. No one was rude to us, but they didn't smile either, although we were always polite. The spa is very bad at the reception, in order to sign up, you need to make an effort and somehow even ask for it. I liked the procedures themselves (the mandarin and laurel program and the massage from the cosmetologist).
3. A paid cot in the room (1000/ day), which was not warned at the time of booking, although we ordered it.
4. There is no ramp in the third building. If you are traveling with a child, this is important, you will carry the stroller back and forth through 2 stairs.

The entire territory of the hotel is located by the sea, therefore the hotel has its own beach, it is simply huge! There are sun beds, umbrellas, showers, changing rooms. Pebbles, as everywhere in Gagra. The sea is beautiful, as always. The food is excellent, very varied and sooo delicious soups are here!!! My husband usually does not eat soups, but here, even with an additive))) There is everything, well, except squid and oysters with mussels, probably))) The Swedish restaurant is located directly on the sea, and due to the fact that the walls of the restaurant are glass, breakfasts, lunches and dinners were held with a view of the sea, and also the mountains... Well, where else does this happen?! In addition to the restaurant of Swedish cuisine, there is also a restaurant of European cuisine, right on the pier, the views from it are amazing, and a restaurant of Abkhazian cuisine (we were in it, the meat is delicious, I recommend it!). The hotel management needs to think about how to arrange showers next to the pool, perhaps to remove the "snow room". I didn't really like the cleaning, we lived in an apartment in the third building, the maid doesn't even make the beds, doesn't vacuum, cleaned late, at lunch or after, cleaning is minimal. There are also no screens on the windows, the maid told us not to open them, as bedbugs fly in. Actually, we came to breathe fresh air. For a cot: it costs 1000 rubles per day, it was brought, but with adult bedding and a blanket! How am I going to put a one-year-old child there and hide it? As a result, my child has never slept in this crib. I recommend that the management buy baby bedding. In the end, what we have: we did not go to the pool because there is rotavirus, we did not use the crib, because we brought adult underwear and a blanket, we did not open the windows, because bedbugs fly in there👍

One put it down, the other forgot. Linen and towels were changed regularly. Also bottled water 1.5 liters every day. A great pool always has a free place. There were problems with sun beds under an umbrella, they were always occupied not by people, but by towels. The regulations of the hotel say that it is not allowed to occupy sun beds with towels for more than 1 hour. But it is clear that no one reads it and does not follow it. There is a shower and a changing room on the beach. On my husband's birthday, I received a compliment from the hotel in the form of a bottle of wine and a postcard. It was very pleasant! You need to go to the Sled to rest in the off-season when the price matches the quality! We gave 226t for two without a flight ..... Great hotel. It was celebrated on March 8th. They are greeted with wine at the entrance, the staff are polite and nice. We were immediately checked in without waiting, the rooms are good and fresh. Cleaning every day. Children's playground. Parking is private. Your own beach. The outdoor pool was closed - we were upset. The spa is good, the gym is great, the pool is large with very warm water - a separate thrill. The territory is well maintained, clean and beautiful. Food is a separate block! There is not much choice, but everything we ate was incredibly delicious, homemade, as if grandma had cooked it. Thank you for the pounds you've gained, and meat and fish, and what an assortment of salads, I especially remember mimosa - the best in my life. Thanks, we'll come again.

For me, the sled is the discovery of Abkhazia. I've been coming here every June since 2009. I really love old Gagra, and this time I decided to settle in a Nart. Over the years, I can say for sure that life in Abkhazia, and in particular in Gagra, is getting better. The main thing is to survive the border crossing). We arrived early, arrived at the hotel, the girls at the reception showed where you can leave your suitcases. We changed our clothes and went to eat at patshu, a restaurant of national cuisine, which is right on the territory of the hotel. The area is amazing! The vibe of rest envelops you immediately. The sea is wonderful. To remember what the Sled was like before is just an incredible change. We had a suite in the 3rd building, wonderful renovation, two huge balconies, furniture (pseudo) rattan. The food in the dining room is very tasty, but like in a very good dining room. And that's fine. There are two restaurants for culinary delights. We went to the Sled restaurant, score 5! The dishes are delicious, aesthetic, the wine is not bad (although, already when it breathed, it seemed bitter at first, they took a Loft to Rose). The reception staff are very responsive ladies. By the way, it is important to note that breakfasts, lunches and dinners are stretched for 3 hours, when the hotel was loaded in the middle of June - there were always free tables, there were never any queues, no battles, nothing like that. A little tar in a barrel of this fragrant honey: 1. Upon check-in, the girl Alla from the reception asked to check the room as a whole and the loading of the mini-bar. I checked diagonally, trusting, but in vain. On departure, it turned out that we were missing 4 items - cola, pepsi, juice, mineral water. We didn't take them, didn't drink, didn't eat, but we had to pay. It is sad that the referee is not sent from the reception to fight with the maid, and it is pointless to prove something to them. In general, there were no spoons, and the sediment remained anyway. I decided not to spoil my departure mood and paid for these missing cans. 2. We booked a room for 3 adults. Everything in the room was for 2 adults, and this extra fuss is annoying. You can also see in advance who, what gender, what age is settling in and how to ensure a comfortable stay for them. It is difficult to separate two duvet covers for a mother and two adult sons. As someone already wrote in the reviews, they save on matches. 3. Dogs on the territory. It's a tinny thing when you sleep the sweetest sleep at night, and then they start barking and whining. Do something with them already. By the way, this is a problem for all resorts at sea. Another comment - I looked at building 5 - there are balconies, no furniture. It's a shame, such views.. But then I realized that it was probably for safety reasons, so that the children would not risk falling. And another important piece of advice - be sure, be sure to take medicines for intestinal disorders with you, rotavirus shifts its season to all early and early dates. He has never been in June, and here for the second year in a row, his stomach is just on the verge. If you treat chacha and adjika well, then OK. Children should always be given something preemptively so as not to lose three days of captivity in the toilet room. Don't wait for you to get sick - just charcoal, smektu, enterofuril for children.

We were in Nart a couple of years ago, when there was no pool and spa, we checked the time very mentally.
This time there is a tinge of disappointment.
They took a deluxe room, they gave one blanket for two women. There is a pull-out sofa in the room, on which the rest of the second person was planned.
We asked for a set for the second person, brought only a blanket and a duvet cover, the sheet appeared only 3 days before our departure. Tea and sugar were not reported for several days, towels were changed randomly, according to the principle that remained at the time of room cleaning: so for a few days we had 3 beach and 1 bath, instead of 2+2.
At the end of the rest, they were fed terribly for breakfast: there was no yogurt, no kefir, toast bread was constantly missing, cheesecakes were running out, salads included: salad with carrots (from carrots), beetroot, cabbage... okroshka for lunch with slices of vegetables (lumpy potatoes and other ingredients), wet appliances, glasses with a dirty rim, chipped soup tureens. The waiters grab the half-finished coffee from their hands. There is probably a plus here, dirty dishes are quickly cleaned, it doesn't matter if you finished or not, if you didn't have time to warn, your problems.
The stairs to the beach are not cleaned at all, not only is all the dead, but also all the garbage is lying around, including gaskets.
The most trash in the spa, you come to the relaxation massage service, you get 3900 rubles from the threshold, i.e. you have not received the service yet, but pay quickly. By the way, there's a guy there who's a massage therapist who harasses a woman's body.
It goes beyond the boundaries of a decent relaxation massage. He seems to confuse Thailand with Abkhazia. You come out of such a massage with the feeling that you have been groped in all places.
The elevator in building 1 is constantly breaking down.
At the reception, an adult woman is not at all friendly, and in general, no one there will smile and say a kind word now.
For 200 tr for 8 days for two, this hotel leaves much to be desired. The quality of service is at the lowest level.
In general, the attitude has changed a lot, there is no longer this beloved Abkhazian hospitality, except that somewhere else on the street you can meet an adult Abkhazian aged 60+ who will tell you everything, show you, invite you to visit, treat you with real wine…And so, the Sled is today a prop for high-quality modern recreation.

The hotel is cool, but with some nuances.
I'll start with the cons. We were unlucky with the number. Going to swear and beg for a better room was neither in the mood nor the strength at the time of check-in (we were with a child, barely waited for check-in).
We booked the standard with an additional one. The place is the 5th building.
I got a room with a view of the 1st building and the sea, if you turn your head a lot. The photos will be below.
The room itself is simple, with cheap furniture and plumbing, there is no furniture on the balcony, in season I think it would be relevant. There is no trash can in the room (only in the bathroom) and the notorious cheap curtain. The advantages were daily brought drinking water and tea.
Purity - 4 points. For 5 days, they cleaned 1 time mediocre, the rest of the days they just took out the trash and changed towels / brought water.
Nutrition- 4 points- delicious homemade food, - the level of a good dining room. There are a lot of meat dishes, everything is delicious. If you find fault too much, there were not enough desserts (mainly biscuits for dessert) and vegetable salads (for some reason, chicken or sausage / ham was added to almost all salads, apparently left over from breakfast).
The territory is solid 5- very clean, well maintained, large beach. The outdoor pool could not be fully appreciated, the indoor one is excellent, everything is clean.
Entertainment at the hotel - we were pleased with the presence of tennis and billiard tables (brightened up leisure time in bad weather), a children's room and a disco worked for children in the evening (pleasant animator girls).
Summary: a great hotel, but not at the prices they put up for 2025. In order for people to rest for 200-300k, a lot of things need to be improved. For this money, I'd rather fly to Tai)
We rested at the price of 60000/7 days / 2 adults and - 1 child - this is the optimal cost. This hotel is not worth more than that.

В целом отдых понравился из плюсов это классная ухоженная территория,хороший пляж, бассейн взрлслый и детский, новый чистый корпус,номера, шезлонги,полотенцы для пляжа,разнообразный шведский стол,2 ресторана на территории, можно заказать напитки к бассейну.
Что не понравилось лично мне:
- слабая анимация,были в похожем месте в Пицунде,там аниматор веселил и детей и взрослых
-отсутствие мебели на балконах в 5 корпусе
-уборка номера тоже оставляет желать лучшего,уборка не то что поверхностная,её иногда вообще мне кажется не было,пустые бутылки из под воды не убирали, со стола не вытерали
-очень странно в жару на 3х человек получать бутылку 1.5 литровой воды раз в 4 суток,причём в отеле был ротовирус,который к сожалению,и меня не обошёл стороной
-отсутствие в номере нормальных урн
- плохо налажен трансфер, менеджер на рецепшене не предупредила,что границу надо пересекать пешком,что будет смена машин
-постоянно ломался один из лифтов лифт
В целом конечно отдых неплохой,но считаю,что ценник завышен,так как именно сервис,очень слабый.
По территории, пляжу,номеру все очень достойно.

We had a rest in Abkhazia at the end of August until September 4. We arrived at night, in the morning, opening the curtains, I cried from this beauty....The hotel is almost on the beach. Everything is very decent, new rooms, service for 10 out of 10 (there is something to compare, we rested in Spain and Turkey in 5, etc.). Cleaning every day, towels 1 in 3 days (but we changed every day and the maid never refused us))🙏Clean, snow-white linen, nice new furniture. TV, refrigerator. The Swedish dining line. It was very diverse-absolutely for every taste, everything is always hot, I did not see empty trays, they were immediately replaced with full food. A lot (and different) salads, greens, chicken (fried, boiled, baked), pork, beef, fish (different), cutlets, liver, roast, oh, I didn't even remember everything, just a huge variety👍(I'm surprised how people wrote in reviews that there was one and also...)There were mussels, a variety of fruits, watermelon, melon always, dietary nutrition. Coffee machines 3 pcs., delicious compotes, fruit drinks, juice. Soups (5-6 variants), porridges, cheesecakes, etc.......The hall is large, there were no queues more than once, there was always enough space, the officers quickly cleaned the tables. If you are going on an excursion, you are given a container and take food with you, no problem (you only need to warn the reception in advance). The beach is wonderful, clean!there are enough sun beds for everyone (always). Yes, we had rotovirus for 1-2 days, ate enough pills and continued to rest (by the way, take everything with you at once, it's expensive here in pharmacies, we left 10 thousand))her husband got sick with ARVI, then rotovirus. The staff is very helpful in all matters.There is a doctor in 5 corps. We went on excursions to Novaya Gagra (there is devastation there), I rather wanted to return to the hotel))) The hotel itself is located.in Old Gagra, there is a place to walk (a colonnade, a castle, etc.) People in Abkhazia are very good! We had a rest with my wife and child from 28.09 to 08.10.23, we were lucky with the weather, we swam in the sea every day! The hotel pleasantly surprised with its beauty and cleanliness! The food is very decent, and this is a rarity in Abkhazia. The territory is large and well-groomed, although landscaping work continues everywhere cleanliness and order! Heated swimming pool, deck chairs are new and comfortable! The SPA area is gorgeous, although the sauna, hammam and snow cave are not working yet. Хороший пансионат для тихого спокойного отдыха, вечером не шумно, территория очень зелёная и ухоженная, постоянно убаюкивают не умолкающие цикады))
Есть крытый бассейн, открытый (взрослый и детский), тренажёрный зал, теннисный корт, настольный теннис, хорошая детская площадка в тени. Скоро должны открыть хамам и сауну. Массажи неоправданно дорогие, особого восторга не вызвали.
Питание как в хорошей столовой, без изысков и особого разнообразия. Были в ресторане Нарт- дороговато, но блюда вкусные, один раз можно сходить. В баре коктейли так себе и дорогие.
С водой напряженка- на номер дают 1,5 л на 4 дня, но можно набирать в столовой из кулера.
Wi-fi есть только по утрам и ночью.
Уборка в номерах на 2. Не смотря на то, что убирают раз в 4 дня, не удосужились даже помыть туалет.
Лежаков недостаточно, их зачем-то убирают в 19:00, что очень неудобно.
Сотрудники в большинстве своём слишком расслаблены, сервис не впечатлил- есть, над чем работать.

Cleaning is zero, the cleaner tells me to my face that she changed the towels, stating it with some pride - as if it shouldn't be done a priori?))) I go into the room, on the floor! There are wet used towels , I call the cleaner to clean up - the face , as if she is doing a favor.
Then it gets worse.
Leftist people walk around the (seemingly private) territory, drink beer, shout obscenities, the contingent leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly. There are stray dogs everywhere, and the hotel staff barely agrees to a request to clean up.
The pool is generally scary to look at, jelly from bacilli.
And the final cherry on the cake, everyone knows rotavirus, but they are silent.
The hotel must be closed.

Очень понравился отдых в Нарте. Чистота в номерах, вкусное питание, всегда свежие продукты на шведском столе. Большая ухоженная территория, два бассейна, открытый и крытый. Первая береговая линия, свой пляж. На пляже шезлонги, зонтики, полотенца для пляжа. Места хватает даже при полной загрузке отеля. Море чистейшее. Ежедневная уборка в номерах, белоснежное бельё и полотенца, вобщем, отдых нам очень понравился. Обязательно вернёмся, спасибо хозяевам и персоналу отеля за качественный отдых и внимательное отношение к гостям.

Вот и мы побывали в пансионате Нарт. Место сказочное, территория просто замечательная, чисто, красиво. Пансионат семейный, здесь вы не встретите шумной молодёжи, в основном это семьи с детьми и пенсионеры. Отдых здесь конечно тюлений, тебя кормят три раза в сутки, шикарный шведский стол, выбор на любой вкус. Детей развлекают, детская анимация есть, для взрослых есть утренняя зарядка йога, аквааэробика, волейбол и водное поло. Это плюсы, минусов крайне мало, скорее пожелание отелю, можно поставить ещё пару столов для тенниса, бассейн ну очень рано закрывают, покупаться вечером ну очень хочется, и не хватает музыки. А в вечернее время дискотеки или фильмы на большом экране были бы кстате, а так в девять часов отбой😊спасибо пансионат за дружелюбный приём, прекрасный сервис,а Гагре за шикарную погоду и сказочную природу вокруг.

We rested in the Nart for a week from November 01, 2023. The choice fell on Abkhazia because of the autumn Wheat, nature and seasonal fruits. The hotel was chosen from the best in Abkhazia, as everyone knows the level of service in general and constant intestinal problems throughout the region.
We were very excited about this boarding house!
The service is very good, attentive staff, the territory is well-groomed, the food buffet is plus or minus the same by choice, but every day something new was added. For example, seasonal fruits, local cheeses, honey, yoghurts, different types of fish, there is a diet table, and everything is incredibly delicious and fresh!
For the food at the hotel, we were confidently calm, eat delicious and as much as you like.
A huge plus is two swimming pools. One warm indoor with an outdoor Finnish sauna. The hamam was in the process of mounting.
The second pool is open on the seashore for the summer season, but in November it also pleased us and, thanks to the good weather, was very popular.
There is enough entertainment on the territory. Billiards, a large and table tennis, a spa with a large number of procedures, a lobby bar and a private tour guide Olga, who can book any excursion without leaving the hotel.
Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, special thanks to the staff. During the week, the bed linen was changed 3 times! Cleaning and changing of garbage daily. We lived in the 5th building, which has not yet lost its graceful appearance after the renovation.
We really hope that the guests will take care of the rooms and inventory, as the Sled gives a head start to many hotels in the Krasnodar Territory and this is a huge pleasant surprise for Abkhazia.

Yes, we did not escape it either, but this is the reason in Abkhazia itself. Everyone is well aware of this. We brought the rotovirus after the tour, where we ate in a cafe on the advice of the guide and where there were questionable tastings.

The hotel needs to be closed and everything totally processed! Before our trip, people were sick with rotavirus, as it turned out later in the medical office there was a queue of the same new arrivals on vacation. If you want to rest, then take two weeks, because for 5 days you will be provided with a temperature and the effects of rotavirus. I can't appreciate the buffet, because after the second day I ate only breadcrumbs… It's terrible that the administration doesn't even do anything, the worst vacation.
It was not possible to evaluate the advantages of Abkhazia, because thanks to the Nart hotel, we saw only a room in building 5
P.s. the service leaves much to be desired. There was always no liquid soap in the bathroom, where the buffet was. There is no control at all in the dining area, the children calmly took food with their hands, and then returned it back, the situation is similar with cutlery. Upon check-out, they asked to wait at the reception when the cleaner checks the room. 😂Suddenly , a bathrobe or towel was taken .. This is the first time I've come across this

В целом отель хороший, чистая ухоженная, уютная, зеленая территория. Ремонт тут был в 2022 году, поэтому чувствуется, что все свежее. Кормят так себе, но это у кого какой вкус, по мне дак на троечку. Пару дней болели ротавирусом, была ужасная тошнота, ничего не могли есть, это подпортило впечатление от отеля. Сам ресторан шведской линии находится на берегу с большими панорамными окнами и выглядит многообещающе, но внутри больше напоминает столовую, на столах нет скатертей (ну типа ресторан же..), столы липкие, есть пару вопросов к гигиене, например, сахар в общей чашке, вместо индивидуальных пакетиков, тарелки мокрые, видимо не успевали сушить и прочее. Очень понравилось, что всегда были свежие фрукты. Если честно, мне шведские столы в последнее время, нравятся все меньше и меньше, особенно в больших отелях, где много проживающих. Если что не нравится в ресторане шведской линии, на территории есть два ресторана, один прямо на пирсе с европейской кухней, там хорошо вкусно кормят, уютно, красивые виды. Второй ресторан на территории с национальной кухней и музыкальным сопровождением специфическим, короче кому нравится блатные песни, вам прямо туда))) Есть бассейн, взрослый, детский с подогреваемой водой, территория бассейна тоже уютная, красивая. Есть детская площадка и анимация для взрослых и детей. Есть спа и крытый бассейн. На территории растут эвкалипты, пальмы, кипарисы, платаны, очень красиво. Мы жили в первом корпусе, старое здание, но с хорошим ремонтом. Но стандартные номера здесь очень маленькие, ванная комната вообще никакая, крошечная, со шторкой, вся вода попадает на пол, поэтому в ванне постоянное болото. Полотенца меняют 1 раз в 4 дня и это на пляжном отдыхе (!) Ну в категории номеров люкс меняют каждый день как полагается, а плебеям, которым посчастливилось оплатить стандарт, что тоже не сильно дешево - 1 раз в четыре дня. Из-за сильной влажности, они плохо просыхали даже на балконе, все время складывалось такое чувство, что пользуешься грязными полотенцами. Мы отдыхали с маленьким ребенком, 2 года, это еще усугбляло ситуацию. Так же и с уборкой - 1 раз в 4 дня, короче капец. В номере есть холодильник, телевизор. На территории есть вай фай, который часто не работал, кому нужен был интернет, ходили в соседний отель (санаторий) Амра, там вроде пускали.
Пляж понравился, хороший, большой, но вот заход в море не очень удобный, крупная галька. Девушкам на ресепшн можно было бы быть более улыбчивыми и доброжелательными. Впечатление от отеля противоречивое. Если бы поменяли хотя бы питание (поваров, гигиена) я бы сюда вернулась))
