Despite the fact that I am a patient and conscientious customer by nature and often try to turn a blind eye to such situations, in this case this is no longer an isolated episode. The negative and irritated attitude on the part of the employee is systematic. I was particularly outraged by the last case: I received a rude answer to a simple question about the cost of one unit of the drug.: "How should I know?" Moreover, the employee allowed herself to sneer at the limited information I had and act as if she "knows everything", defiantly correcting me instead of helping. Instead of correctly clarifying and providing information, I am faced with neglect and rudeness. I consider this behavior unacceptable and ask the management to take measures and pay attention to the quality of service.
