The hotel is already frankly old, it resembles a mini-village park: locals and tourists live here together in houses scattered around the park. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable, very green and in a good location. I'm only lowering my score for wear and tear. The breakfasts are modest, but you can eat. The pool is suitable for both middle-aged children and adults: part of the pool is gaining depth. Very young children should only swim in armbands with adults. There are 2 7/11 shops and a market right next to the hotel-2 minutes on foot, as well as laundries, massages and more. The staff is good. It is very far to walk around the territory, it is not suitable for tourists with limited mobility, although the hotel has shuttles.

Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel from April 14 to April 25, 2024. We liked everything! Near our house there is a small pool with huge fish. The territory is covered with greenery and flowers. The sea is right behind the hotel. Gorgeous! The pool is excellent on site, there is a deep zone for adults, swim as much as you want, no one limits time. Upon check-in, we were almost given a card for the door to the room, we showed with signs that we needed the 1st floor, without any problems at all, and immediately gave another, separate house. Even closer, they took me by electric car. All the staff are very friendly. Everyone understood what we needed (explained in Russian + pantomime). We are very satisfied. Massage on the territory opposite our house is a fairy tale! Hello everyone Of the cons: the safe did not work in the room, there was no problem- reception, without any deposits, at any time. The cook was moping (something was dripping), they put a rag on it and didn't pay attention. The only thing is that the exchanger is somewhere far away, we have not found it. In the morning, the guide exchanged at the normal rate and the whole problem was solved. I think they, the Thais, treat tourists the same way we treat them. The rest was excellent! The territory is green, large, consists of 1,2,3 storey houses, the room stock is diverse, there are excellent spacious rooms on the 1st floor, with a terrace, and there are old, dirty, small rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, without a balcony, with midges, mosquitoes and the smell of sewage. When choosing to stay at this hotel, pay attention to this, because check-in during the season is 100%, you can not exchange for another room even with an additional payment. Some people arrive on the first day, and after seeing the rooms, they look for another hotel. The rooms are equipped with gel, shampoo, 2 bottles of water daily, coffee, tea, kettle, mini fridge, hairdryer. Safe deposit box at the reception or in the room with a key for a deposit (1,000 baht for the entire stay, then returned). There is no main deposit at the hotel. The breakfasts are standard, they give out cards, they mark the visit. Beach towels (shawls) are provided at the reception. The pool is clean, the depth is good, there is a place for children to swim, but!!! there are a lot of broken tiles on the bottom, 3 children were injured with us, the cuts are deep. The location is excellent, the beach is wide, there are sidewalks along the road, near 7/11, makashnitsy with food, cafes and restaurants, a night market within a 5-minute walk, there is also a good massage parlor in the alley. A fruit truck stops near the hotel every day, the prices are super, 4 kg of mango is 100 baht, pineapples, papaya are also 100 baht per bag. In general, the hotel is not bad, but for this money (according to the ticket) you can choose a fresh one.

Our stay at this hotel was a real test of strength and endurance. I still can't believe that such a place can receive guests. There are cracks on the walls and ceilings, peeling plaster, and large cracks everywhere in the room. They were everywhere: under the door, around the windows, behind the refrigerator! Mosquitoes and flies flew in through them, and spiders from the street crawled in! I was seriously afraid that someone would crawl out of these cracks! The toilet didn't work from the word at all. The water either did not collect or did not wash off, turning every visit into a real adventure. The cleaning is very bad, very dirty! The staff is indifferent, does not help, only says that we have all such rooms! If you don't want to ruin your vacation, then it's better to choose another hotel! I am attaching a photo!

I stayed at the hotel from February 17 to March 3, 2023 The tour operator is Biblio Globus, the flight was operated by Aeroflot (there are no complaints, everything is at the highest level). The flight lasted about 9 hours and 40 minutes, and we were fed 2 times. Upon arrival at Bangkok airport, our tour operator met us promptly, put us on buses and we went to Pattaya. We drove along the toll road and eventually 1.5 hours later we arrived at our hotel. We were at the hotel closer to 13.00, they gave us our passports, filled out the questionnaires and told us to wait until 14.00. Closer to 2 p.m., the general manager came out to us and said that unfortunately there were no places in the hotel and asked us to spend one night in another hotel, which was located 50 meters from ours, and in the morning come to our hotel and we will be immediately checked into our rooms, of course, everyone who was with us (our compatriots) agreed, as we were all very tired from the journey. The next morning we came to our hotel, had breakfast and went to the reception to ask for our rooms, but the same manager who sent us to another hotel told us to wait until 12:00 and then until 14:00 at all. No one was ready for such a turn of events, they started swearing, connected our guide and Hallelujah suddenly there were empty rooms. I paid for a superior room, but in the end they gave me a room of a category higher than THAI HOUSE (separate wooden houses). The room is normal, everything is in the tree. The refrigerator, TV, and hair dryer were all there. There was a Russian channel on TV. The toilet is combined with a shower, bathroom accessories were replenished every day, and they also gave two 0.5 bottles of water. During the entire stay, the toilet stank of sewage all the time;( The air conditioner worked very well, but the refrigerator did not work at all, I contacted the reception three times to fix it, and all to no avail. I contacted the guide to inform the reception about our problem, and the refrigerator was already working in the evening. BUT he worked exactly one night, and in the morning he didn't work again. In the end, I accepted this problem. We talked to our neighbors in the house and found out that their air conditioner is not working , but the refrigerator is working ! On the contrary, our air conditioner was working, but the refrigerator was not working :) In general, both laughter and sin, as they say. The territory of the hotel is nice and large, the staff try to keep everything clean and tidy. Collared cats walk around the territory (always hungry) The breakfasts are normal, it's the same every day, sometimes something has changed, so you won't stay hungry. The tours were taken from the street and did not regret at all, everything is organized and much cheaper than taking it from the tour operator himself. The beach near the hotel is normal, not to say that it's just wow, but we swam, and the water is not as clear and turquoise as on the islands or on the military beach! We talked to people who were in Pattaya before the pandemic and they said that the beaches are much cleaner now than they were before. In the evenings we ate at the markets, sometimes we walked to the Mill (the market is large, prices are cheaper than in the nearest markets to the hotel). There is a restaurant and cafe on the territory, a swimming pool, many gazebos.The hotel has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Within walking distance of 7eleven, a night market and a million cafes and bars.The hotel is located on Zhdamtien Beach and if you do not want to bother with renting transport, you can travel by tuk-tuks, stop near the hotel.A trip around Jamtien will cost 30 rubles, to the center to the Central Festival and Terminal 21 -60rubles, the road will take 15-20 minutes.In general, everything is fine!!!!!

The guide said that Anex was not to blame, this hotel was wise, and the girls from the reception said that our travel agency was to blame, in any case, I would not contact this hotel or this company anymore. If you go there, see what your room should look like, so that you know where you will be settled. The chubby guy at the reception works, he's still nervous, the only plus is, he speaks Russian. Although I liked communicating with the girls through a translator more, they are friendly. Now about the hotel. Take toothbrushes and toothpaste with you, they give out water, but not enough. We bought 5 liters in the store. The breakfasts are normal, the eggs are only fried, there are no omelets or boiled. Try the soups, they are delicious, add only greens. In our room, small ants were crawling on the bed, which bite, I don't know if they were in other rooms or not. They are now giving two keys, without any deposits, if they turn off the air conditioner, then mosquitoes immediately fly in and all sorts of insects crawl. Yes, the area is beautiful, birds are singing and everything that is written about this hotel. The exchanger is in 30-40 minutes, nothing has changed. At first it seemed to us that it was very far away, then we got used to it, there is a Crocodile restaurant near the exchanger when it turns right in a 3-minute walk. If you have any requests and wishes, the staff will not give a damn about them. I'm too lazy to use a translator. The Internet is very sad, we need it for work, we have to sit at the reception desk, well, or through a local SIM card. The gym consists of 2 treadmills in a room of 8 m2, with a ceiling height of 1.9 m, that is, gym equipment is not available. It's not 4 stars at all, but an average of 3. But it can be worse. Practically nothing stated in the hotel when buying a tour does not match. I will definitely not return to this hotel anymore.

There are a lot of birds, some start screaming in the morning, but in principle they don't bother much. there are squirrels, a fish pond. Well, that's cool. 2) the pool is not bad, old and shabby, but it seems to be clean, the child was pleased. Of course, you won't have enough sun beds. There aren't many of them there. And they take them up in the morning, just to keep them busy . 4 sun beds are more or less normal, the rest are from the 90s, it's annoying. 3) it's a long way from the road, and if you're lucky with your neighbors, then what kind of silence is provided for you. 4) No deposit required 5) availability of massage on site Now about the cons: 1) this is, of course, a location. This is the very end of Jomtien. There is practically no further life, and he doesn't really want to go tuk tuk to this appendicitis. Especially in the evening. You can get to the center from the hotel, sometimes even without a transfer. It's almost impossible to go back. The best way to drive from the center is 40 minutes or more. Everything is old and shabby, holes in doors and windows, sockets that have fallen out, furniture that has been killed. An ancient safe with jammed buttons . Broken handles, falling off skirting boards, completely dead laminate with black spots that no one tried to wash. The lighting in the room is terrible, with one light bulb built into the ceiling and a couple of very nasty floor lamps. Being in the evening is not comfortable. 4) cleaning. This is just a towel change if you ask, garbage disposal, free water. Sometimes they sort of sweep and pass with a mop. There is no soap, you can't even wash your hands properly after coming from the road. the only consumables are a dispenser in the shower with shampoo and gel. For 10 days, I did not notice any cleaning or disinfectants in the cleaning lady's arsenal when cleaning the neighboring and ours rooms. I just wanted to take the sink and the toilet and wash it with a domestos. Nobody wipes the bathroom and all the plumbing in general, too. only the floors. The pastel has not been changed once in 11 days. 5) breakfast is monotonous, almost every day is the same. They give them on coupons, and it's not very convenient to carry them either. Of the meat, only sausages, pieces of ham, and pieces of chicken in noodles or vegetables, the remaining 95 percent are cheap vegetables and rice and noodles. Fried eggs. Of course, they haven't heard about the fumigator at the reception, and they don't have a solution to this problem. 6) Clean beach Right in front of the hotel. That's why we kind of decided to stay away from the center in the hope of not spending much time and money on the islands. And with a child in addition. In fact, the sand is clean but coarse and nasty to the touch, the sun beds are very far away. The water is cloudy and the wave is big. We went knee-deep and we did not return to this beach more than once. You won't be able to buy there, and it doesn't arouse any desire. In the end, we went to the islands anyway. 7) another disadvantage for us is that most of the vacationers are Russians with their behavior, mats coming from the window and speakers But the benefit is not so often, since most of them are older people . There are practically no young people in the hotel. What I want to say in the end, of course there are no 4 stars here. If the numbers were monitored and not launched, then it would deserve three stars. But so far, only one . Maybe if we got a normal room, then the attitude would be completely different. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. It's a disgusting hotel. Meals (we had breakfast): the same every day, no variety, little choice. But you won't stay hungry.There is Wi-Fi, but we can assume that it does not exist. The speed is more or less only at the reception. The safe is either at the reception or 1000 baht. The room was taken as standard, it turned out to be a tiny 3x3 maximum and very tired. There are cracks in the windows, so there are mosquitoes. The key to room 1, respectively, you leave, the air conditioner turns off, you come in-the heat. The remote control of the air conditioner is broken, the temperature was set according to the sensations, not a single button works there anymore. The bathtub is leaking, an eternal swamp on the floor. The rooms are not cleaned at all, the floors are not even washed, they are not even swept (we stopped by the room with chips on the floor, so I cleaned them myself). Cleaning consists, apparently, in inserting the bag into the trash can. Moreover, you take the trash out of the bucket yourself to the trash can (on the first day of cleaning, they came to the room, bags of garbage are on the floor, new bags are inserted). There is no sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors going to the toilet. The cherry on the cake is small ants, everywhere, a lot. I'm afraid to bring it home. The only advantage is the location. The beach is across the street, the market and the sevens are within walking distance. In general, I don't recommend it to anyone. A wonderful hotel! We rested from 23.11 to 07.12.2023.The hotel is not a party (peace and quiet) Beautiful territory (like in the botanical garden). A clean swimming pool.A gorgeous room (the only negative is the smell of sewage in the toilet). They cleaned it every day .The breakfasts are monotonous, but we are not tired. A quiet area, almost no one on the beach (very few people). There is a very good massage parlor next to the hotel on the right👍A five-minute walk to the right from the hotel there is a mini night market (smoothies, seafood, tom yam, Russian cuisine and much more) There is a 7/11 supermarket within a two-minute walk. We rested with our daughter for 12 nights from November 29 to December 10, 23. The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, across the street from the beach. The road is not particularly intense, we crossed without problems, there is no guard stopping the transport. The hotel itself is very cozy, green, and has many amazingly beautiful and well-groomed corners. But the rooms require renovation and, at least, general cleaning. We booked a standard room, Anex's standards are stated from 26m2. Upon arrival, they tried to move us into a kennel room with a bathroom, where there is a toilet and a shower immediately pouring on the toilet and on the floor (drain in the floor) measuring 1.5 square meters. We didn't check in. The manager searched for a sooo long time for a free room, looking at the monitor and at us with displeasure, apparently hoping that we would not insist after seven hours on the plane. But we were persistent and, urrraaaaa! I found a room in the next house. Also not a suite, but with a normal large bathroom. I want to say a few words about this guy from the reception desk - a very unpleasant type! The only negative character among the staff! I have never met such disregard for vacationers, although I have rested in Tae twenty times. Well, God be with him! Next, towels, bed linen are changed daily, shampoo is replenished, the room is cleaned daily (the cleaning level is Asian☺️) The breakfasts are modest. I won't eat rice for a long time. To the left of the hotel, the massage parlor is quite decent, among the masseuses there are several lady fighters who do massage well. There is also a pharmacy nearby. To the right of the hotel there is a night market, open until 22-00, and they ate there in the evenings. Or we drove by tuk tuk farther away - there is a big night market there. And the choice of food is significantly more. A few words about the beach. We came in the morning under umbrellas in front of the hotel. They are put up and serviced by a married couple. Sand is cleaned with a rake before placement, a rope is stretched and umbrellas are evenly placed. The price is a chaise longue of 100 baht, a wooden folding one - 50 baht. For the whole day. I didn't like the pool, it was a strange concept - some gazebos, benches that take up a lot of space. There are no reclining deck chairs at all, only folding ones. In general, we are at sea! To sum up, the hotel is normal if you are a seasoned tourist and understand that you are in Thailand. Do not expect perfect cleanliness here, borscht with sour cream and pancakes with meat. But what really upset me is that Tai has ceased to be the land of a thousand smiles. A few more words about the excursions. We took it from Anex, the prices were really cheaper than in street agencies! And the content is wonderful! I especially liked Dolce vita, on a three-deck catamaran, with an entertainment program, meals, swimming in azure water on snow-white beaches.. Delight, in a word. I won't bore you anymore. Both in the restaurant and near the pool - there is nothing to breathe from the exhaust fumes, plus noise. The beach is across the street, sun beds and umbrellas are paid. The sea is dirty. On Wednesday and Friday, technical discharge is all over the city, swimming is not recommended at all. Excursions are saved, the River Tour tent is 100 meters from the hotel. The place is good, the beach is nearby, you will pass the hotel territory and the beach across the street, the breakfasts are quite decent, you will not stay hungry in any way. The pool on the territory, however, is not large, for children and adults, if not a lot of vacationers, then nothing. The problem is different, the sink runs in the rooms, the air conditioner stops working for no reason, the safe does not work in any room, some valuables (passport, money) had to be stored in a safe at the reception for a deposit. No one speaks Russian, they have a translator on their phone, it was very difficult to communicate with the hotel staff. And we had to communicate with them, because for 9 nights we had to change three rooms! In the first one, we had a sink running and instead of 2 beds there was one, there were two of us. They asked to change the number, they changed it, okay! In the second room, we stayed for 1.5 days, the air conditioner stopped working, we went back to the reception, there they told us through a translator that the engineer would be in 4 days and you need to change the room, we went to the beach in upset feelings, we come from the beach, we don't have light, there is everywhere, but we don't! We're back at the reception. They speak through an interpreter there, we need to change the number, of course we are furious! Let's go see another number. The room turned out to be better than the first two, we told them to move us, we were allocated a porter from the reception staff for their transport (Tuk), which they use to travel around the territory. The Chinese lived next door to us and as soon as we left this room, they almost clapped their hands, because one of them, maybe two, did not have enough rooms in this particular house, which is why we were so strenuously squeezed out of this room! You could just explain it in a different way! That's how we rested the first half of 9 nights, on our nerves! There is a massage house on site, we liked it! There are pharmacies in the area, there are places where you can dine inexpensively and nearby!

My friends' room next to mine on the ground floor was very hot, the room was large, the air conditioning couldn't cope. Then there were problems with electricity in my 616 room. I was moved to 614 - On the ground floor. The room was empty, but the split system worked well. They cleaned every day, water and bathroom supplies were brought daily, even if they were left over from previous days. We didn 't save money . The location of the hotel is excellent. Not in noisy Pattaya, but at the same time, 20 minutes by tuk tuk and you're there. Yes, there are tables and chairs near each house, and gazebos are also located on the territory - you can spend a very pleasant evening. We were on the beach near the hotel several times. I can't say that the water was dirty. But of course it is better to go to the islands or not very far to the military beach or the beach of a dancing girl. An outdoor cafe (I didn't really like the kitchen, but the staff did well). Our room was in a 2-storey house, on the 2nd floor (our room was tired and with a small number of ants in the bathroom, friends had it at the end of the corridor after renovation and without ants). Rooms are cleaned every day and replenished with water + shampoo, soap, gel. In the morning, birds of paradise sang to us (if you open the balcony, you can hear them). There was an air conditioner. You can smoke on the balcony. There are massage parlors on the territory, special thanks to the man who does the massage with a hammer and thanks to the ladies from his team (the price for 2 hours of manual massage is 450 baht, I would give more, go and make sure they work everything out). There are many cafes nearby, but if you miss Russian cuisine, you will go to the Crocodile cafe (it's a long way to go by tuk tuk, it's a long way on foot) it's very tasty and the prices are normal. The sea is across the street from the hotel. Street vendors also sell food (pancakes are super) here. Tuk tuk in the area of 10bat, if in the center of Pattaya 20bat. In the seven Eleven store, we bought their SIM card for 199 baht and the Internet was enough for us to make calls on the WhatsApp and to view tiktok. We really liked it, a quiet cozy place for a relaxing holiday.
