Good location. There are several cafes within walking distance. Quick check-in at the hotel. The room was family-run, huge, and clean (except for windows, curtains, and a balcony, but only the lazy one didn't write about it). Bathrobes for everyone, slippers (changed every day for new ones), hygiene products, a hairdryer, a bottle of water in every room and every day! I liked that there is an ironing room on the floor (free of charge). The room was warm, there is Wi-Fi.

Very convenient location and friendly staff. But the rooms are a bit dirty, the carpet on the floor is all dusty, the windows are not washed, the furniture has seen its own. You can stay for a couple of days, no more. The breakfasts are hot, in principle, you can eat, but they are like in kindergarten))

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days in May. There was a late check-in, we were greeted perfectly, placed in a room according to our requests. The room is a double room with a balcony, a single bed, large, comfortable, clean bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers, everything was in the room. The hotel is cozy, conveniently located, within walking distance from Bayterek and the green alley, and across the street is the Ministry House. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room. We are happy with everything. Hotel - 5, room - 5, staff - 5, location - 5, price - 5. I definitely Recommend The Hotel!👍
